Check the Redirection on the web interface of your Snom 200. If it says "When Busy" that's your problem. It should say "Never". For my Smart 2200, a charged battery string is anywhere between 25.6 and 26.8 volts. I'm seeing nut report 13.0 volts, which seems suspicious. I have an adit 600 with an fxo card connected to a digium T1 card. If I try to make an outgoing call and the T1 cable is disconnected, asterisks returns congested like it should. But, if the adit 600 is connected to the T1 card, the adit 600 immediately "answers" the call even if there are no physical lines attached. I even removed the fxo card and the adit 600 still

This also explains why I used an TA750 to go into a Nortel MICS system, using FXO and no buzz. Totally balanced load from the analog ports on the Nortel across the 5 feet of CAT5 to the FXO on the adtran. Now I need to get rid of some Adtrans --- Anyone lookin to buy? :) Thanks

That does work, I use that same approach to get analog extensions in a norstar system to dial a specific sip phone in *. Works really well.
