PRI Error T100P
I have seen this posted around the list a few times, but have never
found my exact error or even a solution to this.
I was getting this error every few seconds...... After moving the card
to a different PCI slot and turning off some devices that are not
needed. I was able to get the messages down to about every 10 minutes
and the T1 card now is sitting in it's own intterupt.

Number of Digium cards in one box...
I know, I know, check the archives but I can't find an answer since the
new cards are well, NEW!
I understand the whole issue of expandability and flexibility of using a
T1 card and an Adtran 750. FXO or FXS, you mix and match.
With the new card offerings from Digium I can easily put a 4CO by 8
Station system together.
Barring the extra interrupts, extra CPU Cycles of extra interfaces, is

Cannot get two TE410Ps to operate correctly in the same machine
I've been running Asterisk for months with no problems. I have grown to
the point where I need an aditional TE cards. After many attempts I was
able to add the second card without affecting the performance of the
first. However, the second card is not working properly.

IRQ headaches
Excuse my ignorance here, but I am desperately trying to isolate the IRQ for
my TE110P card (shown below as t1xxp) Ive gone into my bios and disabled all
usb , parallel, serial and some other devices, those that I needed to keep,
I have moved off of IRQ 10 and onto IRQ 5, but everytime I boot up, I get
usb-uhci and ehci_hcd using IRQ 10 as well as my Digium card. Does anybody
know what these are

Port problem
Hi All,
I have an equipment loaded with 4 X100P (numbered 1-4)) and one T400P
(numbered 5-8). Everything works fine except that I cannot use one of
the FXS ports (number 5).
If I configure zapata.conf to recognize it, the whole system voice
quality suffers. I've tried already to switch PCI slots, with no
results.
Below is a snapshot of my /proc/interrupts, maybe this can shed some
light on

TDM Card loses Dialtone and Battery
Hello all,
I've posted on this problem before. Well here goes again.
I have an intel mobo with a p4 2.4ghz proc, 1GB Ram. It has built-in
ethernet and vga and 6 pci slots.
I dreamed of making this my household communications server: internet
router, firewall, vpn and asterisk. Everything works except the TDM fxs
card. Well it works for a little while and it dies: no dialtone, no

Zaptel/PRI problem
-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----

Hi.
I'm getting the following error at random intervals on my TE410P with Asterisk
CVS-03/30/04-11:49:01-CEST.
I have two spans active, one connected to my Telco, the other to a Siemens
PABX. Both spans display this behavior at random intervals.
All calls are dropped when this happens. Spans are not necessarily in use when
this happens.

Problems with TDM40P
Heya all,
I'm experiencing some problems with a TDM40P and was wondering if
anyone else on this list has similar experiences, or maybe even
a possible solution.
My setup is a dual PIII-750 with 1 gig of RAM, with an X100P, connected
to an analog line to my telco, and a TDM40P with analog phones
connected. The TDM-card is not sharing any interrupts, but the
X100P is, with the 2 Adaptec SCSI

ZAPTEL PROBLEM
Hi all,
I am using a TDM400P card with 2 FXS and 2 FXO modules. Everything
seems nice, but i'm not able to make calls nor to receive any. When I
try to make a call, I keep receiven the "all circuits are busy now"
message, and when I receive calls, asterisk doesn't seems to care
(don't get anything on the CLI)
I'm using Asterisk 1.2.17 and Zaptel 1.2.16 from Xorcom's

zap calls drop suddenly + tremendous noise when answering a call
We have an asterisk box with the following configuration:
- AMD Athlon XP 2400+
- 512 MB RAM
- SUSE Linux 10.1
- a Digium card TDM400P with 3 FXO
- another Digium card TDM400P with 4 FXS
- asterisk 1.2.7.1
- zaptel 1.2.4
I already checked that those cards aren't sharing interrupts (by cat
/proc/interrupts):

I just went through all this as well. The best thing to do IMHO is to
try to find a way to manually assign IRQ in the BIOS. Also, and this is
what I didn't see at first, some slots SHARE IRQ. Avoid this! If you are
not using USB at all, turn it off in BIOS if possible. Tell the BIOS

Red Alarm on X100P
I'm having sporadic problems with my X100P card. When trying trying to
call out I get a message on the console that the channel is busy even though I
have bounced asterisk. It seems the card grabs the line and doesn't let go.
When I try to call the number I get a busy signal. If I perform a rmmod wcfxo
and restart asterisk everything retruns to normal. I have a TDP400P installed

Unpredictables Hangups
Hello all,
i'm experiencing a list of unpredictables hangup on SIP phones using a PRI
E100P Card.
All i can see in logs is
" WARNING[81931]: File chan_zap.c, Line 5402 (zt_pri_error): PRI: Read on 37
failed: Unknown error 500"
I receive a lot of these errors in asterisk/messages.
It doesn't seem to be strictly linked to hangups, since i have dozen of
these messages per

Problem with T100P card in a new chassis
Due to some failed hardware on another platform, I've had to move a
T100P card to a different chassis. After this move was completed, I
am seeing some strange results on the T100P card that do not display
to me any failure mode with which I am familiar. The card comes up,
and shows "good" carrier and status, but Asterisk refuses to bring
the D-channel up. Calls of course do

Module wcfxs - is it not part of astlinux?
Hello
I am (attempting) to run the astlinux version of Asterisk on a VIA embedded
platform. I have a TDM04B and pretty sure zaptel.conf and zapata.conf setup
OK. They worked fine with same card in traditional PC anyway.
I think need the module wcfxs for a Digium TDM04B card. Is this module not
part
of astlinux? Do I need to download it? Or is it in opt? I see wctdm - but
think that is
