I have an installation of Redhat 6.0, I am attempting to install wine from an RPM file, bit it gives me the following message : Failed Dependency : libGL.so.1 1. What does this mean? 2. Where do I get libGL.so.1 from (That will work with Redhat 6.0)?

...ational purposes I'm running Slackware 7.0 Kernel 2.4.0 egcs-2.91.66 XFree86-4.0.2 I'd tell you what version my C libraries are but I can't remember how it's done. Come to think of it, the timing could have been when I changed to kernel 2.4 test releases, or even when I upped to XFree4. Are any of these known to cause problems? I'm trying to run mIRC (now it works under wine) and it starts up just fine. But I can't interact with it. Don't know whether it's wine that have freezed or there is some kind of focus-problem. I vaguely remember that wine had some sort of focus-problem with XFree4.x some time ago (but not sure). I'm running XFree 4.0.2. Anyone got a clue to where I should start looking? Bjarne

Hi, I'm using plot.lda (R1.4.0 on linux) and, if dimen > 2, I get the error: Error in text.default(x, y, txt, cex = cex, font = font) : X11 font at size 16 could not be loaded The traceback indicates that the problem comes from pairs().
