Sangoma U100 failing every Monday - USB port problem or Wanrouter issue?
...s goes into sleep and that's
when all the 4 Dahdi channels are lost.
So, I have been getting Monday morning calls (Tuesday today but yesterday
was a day off anyhow) for the past 3 weeks complaining no inbound/outbound
calls can be made through PSTN.
When I log in to the server if I do a "wanrouter hwprove" I only see one of
the units. If I ask them to disconnect and reconnect the U100 that is
flashing (which is the one that failed) and do "wanrouter hwprobe" now it
shows again. So, I can do a wancfg_dahdi and it brings it up. Sometimes, I
have to recompile the whole wanpipe. B...

PRI "wanrouter status" shows disconnected - system problem or Telco?
Hi everyone,
I am reading through Sangoma Wiki right now. But someone may already and
quickly notice this. I have a system that is down since the morning (maybe
power intruptions). All seems fine except for "wanrouter status" shows
disconnected. Following are the alarms raised. Should I call telco (they
have long wait times) or should I just keep searching online for
troubleshooting tips. "*wanpipe1 | AFT TE1 | N/A | Disconnected |"

dahdi_tool shows no alarms, but no line connected
Hi,
I'm using Sangoma's wanpipe together with dahdi, all
software downloaded today at most recent version.
Hardware is Sangoma A104, a 4xE1 card.
Installation went well.
Anyway, wanrouter status shows a different result than
dahdi_tool or dahdi_scan.
I've just put a hardware loop on port 1. All the other
ports are open.
wanrouter status shows the expected result:
Device name | Protocol | Station | Status |
wanpipe1 | AFT TE1 | N/A | Connected |

dahdi_test drops after restarting Sangoma driver
Hi,
Does anybody have an idea as to why dahdi_test results drop to
unacceptable levels after doing a wanrouter stop/start using a Sangoma
card? See below that it drops from 99.99% to 98.55%:

Problem with Sangoma/Adtran 600 installation
...erisk on a CentOS4 box and then installed Asterisk from
CVS.
I installed a Sangoma A101 and connected it to a Adtran 600 using a T1

I ran through the wanpipe install instructions and configured it, now I can

Sangoma A200 wt HW echo on 64bit Centos , 4 fxo and crosstalk!
...We are about to try the card and four *seperate* UK BT lines in a 32bit system.
The current system is a 4gb, dual core cpu with pbx in a flash 1.4,
Zaptel and Asterisk 1.4.21-2
Currently we have put in a temp OpenVOX tdm400 card and it works
perfectly. As soon as we swap that and use Sangoma via wanrouter we
get crosstalk. For example, if an existing call is happening and a new
internal to external call or vise versa happens, they can hear each
other, even just to IVR.
Any ideas? All wiring has been checked and this *does not*, I repeat,
*does not* happen with the Sangoma card. So what ever explain...

Strange State 6 on Channel X
In my Asterisk CLI I get Ring/Off-hook in strange state 6 when i make
a call into the system, the system claims to answer the call, and do
the things in the dial plan, but I just hear ringing on the phone I'm
calling in from.
I am using a Sangoma A200 4 Port Analog card.
my wanrouter version: WANPIPE Release: 3.3.6

Any ideas?

Sangoma A200 4 port FXO card suddenly stopped answer on channels 2, 3, 4
...out that the Sangoma card had suddently decided to stop
answering on channels 2,3 and 4, so if someone was using channel 1,
then no other calls would be picked up. We could, however, make
outgoing calls. I tried restarting Asterisk and it didn't make a
difference. I then tried restarting the Wanrouter and it started
working again. Has anyone else run into this problem? I really don't
like the fact that I had to restart the wanrouter for the channels to
start behaving normally again. Our phone system is basically useless
if it randomly downgrades to a single line. I'm going to speak t...

No audio on ISDN PRI calls

I've been provisioned 25 out of the 31 channels only at the moment and
I'm using a "dummy" number given by BT for testing.
The is no alarms on the line, nor errors on the CLI or in the

Any ideas?
Thank you much.

Sangoma A101 gives 'no PRI configured on span 1' error
I upgraded from Tormenta2 to Sangoma A101. I followed the instructions, and
installation was successful. zttool, ztcfg, all show card is installed
properly. I copied the parameters from my old working zaptel.conf,
zapata.conf and zapata-auto.conf. Verified on Sangoma website that these
files are correct. Also configured wanpipe1.conf.
But doing all this didn't start the PRI channels. It says
