So, I have been getting Monday morning calls (Tuesday today but yesterday was a day off anyhow) for the past 3 weeks complaining no inbound/outbound calls can be made through PSTN. When I log in to the server if I do a "wanrouter hwprove" I only see one of the units. If I ask them to disconnect and reconnect the U100 that is flashing (which is the one that failed) and do "wanrouter hwprobe" now it shows again. So, I can do a wancfg_dahdi and it brings it up. Sometimes, I have to recompile the whole wanpipe....

Hi, I'm using Sangoma's wanpipe together with dahdi, all software downloaded today at most recent version. Hardware is Sangoma A104, a 4xE1 card. Installation went well. Anyway, wanrouter status shows a different result than dahdi_tool or dahdi_scan. I've just put a hardware loop on port 1. The current system is a 4gb, dual core cpu with pbx in a flash 1.4, Zaptel and Asterisk 1.4.21-2 Currently we have put in a temp OpenVOX tdm400 card and it works perfectly. In my Asterisk CLI I get Ring/Off-hook in strange state 6 when i make a call into the system, the system claims to answer the call, and do the things in the dial plan, but I just hear ringing on the phone I'm calling in from. ...out that the Sangoma card had suddently decided to stop answering on channels 2,3 and 4, so if someone was using channel 1, then no other calls would be picked up. We could, however, make outgoing calls. I tried restarting Asterisk and it didn't make a difference. I then tried restarting the Wanrouter and it started working again. Has anyone else run into this problem? I really don't like the fact that I had to restart the wanrouter for the channels to start behaving normally again. Our phone system is basically useless if it randomly downgrades to a single line. I'm going to speak...

I've been provisioned 25 out of the 31 channels only at the moment and I'm using a "dummy" number given by BT for testing. I upgraded from Tormenta2 to Sangoma A101. I followed the instructions, and installation was successful. zttool, ztcfg, all show card is installed properly. I copied the parameters from my old working zaptel.conf, zapata.conf and zapata-auto.conf. Verified on Sangoma website that these files are correct. Also configured wanpipe1.conf. But doing all this didn't start the PRI channels. It says
