Hi! I installed wine in Kubuntu and afterwords i installed steaminstaller from my CSs CD! I could execute both steam and CSs very fast and without problems. I veryfied that my ATI drivers were properly installed, which they where. So no problems there :) ! Then I configured my video options in CSs (16:10 1680 x 1050) and started up the game, but then I got some strange problem with the screen.

I know I could try changing the input until kingdom come without finding the error, so I left it at that. Problem accessing Samba Share from Windows
Hello everybody, I am using Ubuntu 12.04LTS server running samba server on it. I have problem accessing the shares from Windows XP with \\servername\share, but no problem accessing \\ip\share. Computer and user mode access to my DC works fine and without any issues but I can't access the shares of my *member* server *in computer mode*. In user mode, it all works just fine. Let me guess. You accessing your server like : \\servername\netlogon of \\servername\sysvol Well thats protected by windows these these days. Try with \\servername.domain.tld\netlogon or \\servername.domain.tld\sysvol Does that work? Yes, There is a whole chaper of this on the list somewhere..
