RSpec 0.7.5 with Rails and rcov
I seem to be missing something because I am at a loss on how to get
rcov, RSpec, and Rails working together. Would someone mind dropping
some hints?

Tron 2.0 & DirectX 9.0a
Tron 2.0 starts up, offers the init menu, and works fine until you try
and actually start the game. At that point, it goes blank for about 5
seconds and then says "To play tron 2.0, you need DirectX 9.0a and a
supported video card with hardware TnL."
If you go to the 'display' menu it...

LAN Browsing shows IP Addresses instead of Computer Names.
...assuming that my network is using
broadcasting to get computers in my LAN since i have not set up any computer
names in hosts or lmhosts. The current set up works right now in that
computers come up and can be browsed independant of the ip addresses
assigned to the computers. ie. if computer Tron is up on the network, and
then I boot up Sark, Sark will show up at the first next broadcast. but the
computers show up in konqueror as ip addresses, not as Tron and Sark. My
very old first setup attempt had me manually adding ip addresses and names
manually in the /etc/hosts file. but that...

Asterisk and Linux-HA
...now how can I check if asterisk is up? If I switch off
master machine or I cut network cable, second machine goes up OK, but if I
switch on or replug cable in Main machine, all works fine but I realize that
slave machine doesn't down asterisk.
Any one has installed this system?

I only started this so my ex-girlfriend on the other side of the world could hear a song (downloading mp3's was not possible for complex reasons but streaming audio was)
but goddammit i'm going to make this thing work if it kills me.

spec''ing models with observers that send mail
I''m spec''ing a model with an observer that sends mail. Mailers behave
similarly to controllers, so to make the whole thing work, I believe
something like integrate_views has to be available. Has anyone dealt
with observers and ActionMailer?
Thanks

RSpec usage
Hey all,
Trying to get feel for RSpec usage so I''m taking a straw poll...
What''s the largest project you''ve used RSpec on in terms of app LOC
app and spec LOC? Also, how long have you been using RSpec in
"production" code?

should_eql etc?
Hi, I''m trying the specs for restful_authentication I found here
http://jonathan.tron.name/articles/2007/01/02/rspec-on-rails-restful-
authentication
It seems to use custom .should methods: should_eql,
should_be_an_instance_of, should_redirect_to, should_be_success,
should_not_be_nil, should_be_nil, should_not_be_nil, should_be_empty,
should_be_success, should_not_change, an...

Patch to log the cipher suite used for TLS
Hello,
the attached patch for Dovecot 2.2.4 improves the logging to include
information about the cipher suite used for a TLS connection. Here is
an example log line:
Aug 13 21:49:55 colwyn dovecot: imap-login: Login: user=<tron>, method=CRAM-MD5, rip=2001:8b0:114:1::2, lip=2001:8b0:114:1::2, mpid=10567, TLS=<TLSv1 with cipher DHE-RSA-AES256-SHA (256/256 bits)>, session=<ZkEhYtrjSgAgAQiwARQAAQAAAAAAAAAC>
This will e.g. allow you to find out that mobile phones use rather
week cipher suites (128bit keys, no P...

liblame vs libmp3lame.... anyways, it don't work.
...ne when I run

Support for reencoding with liblame was not found. You can't reencode

Yikes! It's right there and I didn't note any documentation regarding this
error...so I assume this is new?
What am I doing wrong?
Thanks for your thoughts.

trashcan on dist. repl. volume with geo-replication
Hello,
in regard to
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1434066
i have been faced to another issue when using the trashcan feature on a
dist. repl. volume running a geo-replication. (gfs 3.12.6 on ubuntu 16.04.4)
for e.g. removing an entire directory with subfolders :
tron at gl-node1:/myvol-1/test1/b1$ rm -rf *
afterwards listing files in the trashcan :
tron at gl-node1:/myvol-1/test1$ ls -la /myvol-1/.trashcan/test1/b1/
leads to an outage of the geo-replication.
error on master-01 and master-02 :

PRI problem, pri_fixup_principle: Call specified, but not found?
...This is happening on Asterisk 1.2.16 + libpri 1.2.4 on a sangoma A104D.
On a general side, where can I find a document (other than sources :)
to start digging where the Zap->pri mapping is done and how,
or at leaset what pri_fixup_principle is supposed to do...
TIA,

Wine and Parted Magic and Asus and Fingerprints
So I had stuff in the Asus Data Security Manager and I only had it locked by fingerprint, no typed password. My computer isn't starting for whatever reason so I'm planning on switching to Windows 7 but I need to get the data from my vault. I was hoping I could open the program through wine so I installed wine on my parted magic and booted up through usb and I click the security manager exe

Problems Installing
I recently had to uninstall PokerStars and WINE will not allow me to preform the reinstallation. I have also tried installing other programs with no success. I contacted PokerStars support but they said it'll be at least 2 days before their Linux guy was in. What they wanted was my WINE log files by going in through the terminal. Thats all they could tell me until 2 days from now. I have no
