What is the correct Targettripple for generating a X86 COFF-Files on windows?
Just got started and stuck at the same time. Working with the C-Api, i have
come to the point where i want to emit a binary file for my module. I
queried the X86-Target and called LLVMCreateTargetMachine this way:

Problems with simple samba setup
Hi All
I'm trying to set up a machine with a simple samba configuration. I've
written the config file with no problems, however any time I attempt to
connect to the shares it doesn't work. Firstly, the smb.conf:
[global]
netbios name = TEMPSRV
workgroup = LIPSON
map to guest = Bad User
[ittechs]
comment = Should not see me...
path = /var/smb/ittechs
read only = no

Modify but not create permissions
I am still trying to figure out why samba wont let me create in subdirectories
I've tripple checked everything and a few things leapt out at me.
*) I can modify a file inside a directory that I cannot create a file in. I
did not know it was possible under linux to do that.
*) If I set all perms on 777 I can create. But neither 775 or 755 will allow
it.

using gtalk received instant messages in the dialplan
I have been doing some reading about gtalk and asterisk. Most of it is
pointed to enable using gtalk for making phonecalls. Would it be
possible to use gtalk instant messaging input (just some text send to
the gtalk account configured on an asterisk box) into the dialplan.
This way you could use gtalk im to trigger all kind of events like
sending an sms, adding sip entries to the system,

[LLVMdev] Re: gcc like attributes and annotations
This is a interesting thread.
I think this would also help with compiling scripting languages such
as JavaScript/Python etc. We could keep the high level meta data and
runtime binding info as language specific bytecode in the file and
just have the parts that are easy to represent as compileable in the
main object sections. There is no intrinsic reason for all the runtime
type information to get

Thanks to every one
Halo Valeri,
let's think about what a hpc cluster is for.
Second, one should always ask the question where security is to be
applied, then one can come to the following decision:
- The firewall is placed in front of the cluster.
- After you have found a safe base for this, you freeze it.
- We have a rsync of centos and epel on the head node.

Video Hardware Decoding: Jittery Rectangles on Nvidia GT218 NVA8 VP4.
Hi,
I'm having trouble with hardware decoding of video with mpv(1) having
switched from Nvidia's proprietary driver to nouveau due to Arch Linux
removing its nvidia-340xx package.
The machine is an Acer Revo.
$ lspci -nn | grep VGA
01:00.0 VGA compatible controller [0300]: NVIDIA Corporation GT218 [ION] [10de:0a64] (rev a2)
I think this is codename NVA8 with the

T1 TE121 cable connected to a TN2464BP AVAYA card
Hello All
I am looking for the cable I need to create to connect a TE121 card with a
TN2464BP card (AVAYA ISDN Card), please let me know if someone have the
information about this cable, my asterisk CLI show this:
pri show span 1
Status: In Alarm, Down, Active
And the card is in red, so I am thinking the problem is the card.
Any idea???
Thanks

budgetphone
Hi all,
I registered a SIP account at budgetphone.nl/talkin2ya.nl
Receiving calls works like a charm, I even redirected my
normal PSTN number to the number I got from them so
everything ends up in my * server.
Before I ask them to take over my normal phone number I
wanted to test all of it, so I ordered some calling minutes
to test. Now I cannot get outbound calling to work with
them. Anyone here

LoginEngine / UserEngine conceptual help
All,
I have a small Intranet app I''m trying to get ready for remote access.
(I only have 15 or so users for now and I don''t plan to be adding
very many more.).
I have installed the login engine and it seems to be working as
advertized. (Great job!)
For my needs I don''t want random people to be able to register and get
access to my app, but I will need to register

Sorry, but this statement really urks me in a wrong way. Why do you
think a firewall is the ONLY part that needs to be provide security?
That's the way I read this statement - that it doesn't matter anywhere
else. In

What would I need to do this?
I want to make a recording server. Were people can record a message,
then we take the wav file, and move it to another server. I'm going to
have a Toll Free DID directing to my * server. Right off the bat I
will usualy be getting 12 concurrent calls at a time. And am planning
on getting up to 100 in the near future.
So using the G711 Codec, recieving 100 calls through a DID. What kind

Internet exposed asterisk server.
Hi.
I have a soft phone (X-Lite) which registers with a asterisk server that
can only be accessible once we have some virtual private network
software up and running.
With the above scenario everything works fine.
In the mean time the asterisk server was exposed to the internet, thus
the virtual private network software is no longer needed. But when I try
and register it gives me the
