Crash after Update to 4.12.1 with vfs full_audit
Hello alAl,
after update of our test server to 4.12.1 from 4.11 it crashes. If the
vfs module is removed from the config everthing works as before. Logs
from the crash see here:

question about svm(e1071)
Dear all,
I executed svm calculation using e1071 library with a microarray data (http://www.iu.a.u-tokyo.ac.jp/~kadota/R/data_Singh_RMA_3274.txt).
Then, I shuffled the data samples and executed svm calculation again.
The results of 2 calculation were different (in SV, coefs and weights).

The trouble in turn is that nbd_internal_socket_create() takes ownership
of the parent-side end of the socket pair (sv[0]). So once that function
returns successfully, we can't close sv[0] even on the error path -- we
close the "higher level" socket, and that invalidates sv[0] at once. Track
this ownership transfer with a new boolean flag therefore.

Tweaking the Register Allocator's spill placement

Hello everybody.
In my case, calculating multiple comparisons (Tukey) after lmer
produced the following two errors:

Error in x$terms : $ operator not defined for this S4 class
Error in factor_contrasts(model) :
no 'model.matrix' method for 'model' found!
