Changing `security@freebsd.org' alias
Hello Folks,
The official email address for this list is
`freebsd-security@freebsd.org'. Due to convention, there is an email
alias for this list: security@freebsd.org, just as there is for
hackers@ & freebsd-hackers@, arch@ & freebsd-arch@, and so on.
The security@freebsd.org alias has been the source of occassional
problems. Several times in the past, postings have been made to

Anyone have a workaround for this to add a second Nokia phone under the

[LLVMdev] Tablegen question
Manjunath,
I asked this question recently, but instead of telling you to search the archive
I'm going to take it as a chance to recall how to do it (because I'll do so anyway
and even telling tablegen to use an enum for instructions is not as trivial to do
as you might think : )
I wrote it up in the wiki at
http://wiki.llvm.org/HowTo:_Add_arbitrary_properties_to_instructions

No communication with UPS
...ck in and power back on.
This randomly works and I am able to get a connection back sometimes.
Now, I dont know if this is a nut problem not initializing corectly or
its a UPS problem where it locks up and doesnt want to talk. Has anyone
else seen the problem and what was the solution.

[LLVMdev] Tablegen question
I want to add a set of "properties" to each instruction in my
instruction set, and want to be able to query that in my
machine-specific optimizations. My Insts.td file looks as follows :
class InstProperty;
def propX : InstProperty;
def propY : InstProperty;
def propZ : InstProperty;
class myInst<..., list<InstProperty> props> : Instruction {

[LLVMdev] Tablegen question
Christian,
Thanks for your reply and the wiki entry. I did search the archives,
but evidently I didn't search for the right thing. My bad. Anyways, I
am still wondering about the other part of my question. Why aren't
there Tablegen backends specific to some architecture backends? Let me
describe a different scenario. Suppose my architecture has vector and
scalar units, and suppose I want

Alarmreciver
Hi,
Did anyone try to set up alarmreceiver application over IP network? Which
ATA can I use? I tried to set up it with Linksys PAP-2 but with no luck.
Maybe I did something wrong with alarmreceiver.conf (I tried diverse
settings, but nothing worked).
Sometimes alarmreceiver is able to get some events but sometimes not. I
think Linksys PAP-2 has a problem with recognizing digits in appropriate

TE121B server recommendation
Hello,
If anyone is using a TE121B card and it works reliably (i.e. no "HDLC
Bad FCS" or similar errors), could you pass along the make, model, and
basic configuration of your Asterisk server?
We tried upgrading our old Dell PowerEdge server to a SuperMicro system,
but that didn't help. I would like a solid recommendation before I
suggest another purchase.
Thanks.

File list out of rsync.
...was updated. I have tried a slection of -v and -q to no avail.
PS: Yes this could be done via some simply crafted tool (insert your favorite
awk/grep/sed/head tool here) but would only be a hack and may fail on
future releases of rsync if the format/number of lines etc changed.

Trying to define exclude with an include list
...rtant but also backued up all of /u1 as well. I then
tried an include list and an exclude list:
rsync -azH --include-from=myinclude.list --exclude-from=myexclude.list . machine:/newdest. This also failed.
Is there any way of having an exclude list but having an overriding include
first?

Is there a way of backing up all the 'ufs' filesystems of a machine onto a
single filesystem destination with a faithful directory reproduction.

[LLVMdev] Register allocation of stack slots
Dan,
thanks for your hints about the post-RA scheduler.
However, I have difficulties creating a reasonably small and concise
testcase for the problem I described, and it's on my own target anyway.
In principle, I see the following:
%theStruct = type { %theStruct2, %theStruct3, i16, ... }
define void @f1(%theStruct* %tmp) {
// initialize some locals
%a= alloca i16, align 2
store i16 1,

T.38 ATAs
Hello
I am going to try the new Digium Fax for Asterisk product. I'm planning
to connect fax machines to Asterisk (currently 1.6.0.9) via T.38 ATAs.
I'm looking at Grandstream HT502 or Linksys SPA2102 ATAs. If anyone has
any experience with these devices, or other recommendations, I would be
grateful if you could share your experiences.

how about:
export PATH=/pkg/bin/:$PATH
../llvm-2.5/configure --prefix=/pkg/bin/llvm/
instead?
