smbfs
...e to conflicting/duplicate definitions of constants and
structs.
Can anyone point me to either (a) a distribution of smbfs 2.0.2 that
includes smbumount, or (b) suggestions why I can't compile it myself.
I'm running RH5.1, 2.0.35 kernel, glibc 2.0.7-29 rpm.

smbclient -L behavior
...t hitting
enter for the password and specifying -N? Also, I tried to get around
this by piping a linefeed, but smbclient doesn't seem to take input
redirection... someone correct me if I'm missing something there.

smbmount + linux 2.2 kernel
...udo-smbclient, where I
have a "smb: \>" prompt, but it understands no commands ("command not
found" if i type anything). The only way I can terminate this is
control-C. At no point is the share mounted.
If anyone can help with this I'd apprecate it, thanks!

NT Domain problems
Hi-
I'm having problems getting Samba to authenticate to an NT server, which
is a PDC. Here's what I get if I try to list the shares on the server:
[bryner@hh-terrance textdocs]$ smbclient -L
HH-SERVER
Added interface ip=<server ip> bcast=<bcast> nmask=255.255.254.0
Password:
session setup failed: ERRDOS - ERRnoaccess (Access denied.)
I also read the DOMAIN_MEMBER.txt file, and tried running:
