I found the loudness level of the recorded audio was too high comparing with the orginal audio. How can I ajust it, so that there will be no amplifier used for recording. I have really cranked up the rxgain on a t-1 trunk in Zapata.conf. It seems to have no effect although I raised it to 7 from zero. I am using a te110p. Any thoughts on why? I have not unloaded he modules and reloaded them as it is during the day. Does this even need to be done to take effect; I did restart the asterisk service. I'm having with an echo or delay I connect to the PSTN with a x100p and then connect a std. phone to a FXS module on a TDM10B. The std phone is only 2-wire so I know this is not helping.
