Repeated measures ANOVA
Dear friends I am not sure that I am conducting this analysis correctly. I would really appreciate if someone can verify what I've done. I conducted repeated measures ANOVA for some bugs data. These bugs were measured repeatedly over 32 weeks at the same trapping plots. I want to test a full model for the effect of time ("week") (the "within subject" variable), and the

kernel panic: Assertion failure in __journal_unfile_buffer()
I was just extracting a 96MB tar file ( tar -xWf backup.tar ), the cpu load was 99% for a long time. I then stopped it and tried again, but this time this popped up in my ssh session: -- Message from syslogd at rock at Sat Feb 18 00:47:05 2006 ... rock kernel: Assertion failure in __journal_unfile_buffer() at fs/jbd/transaction.c:1520: "jh->b_jlist < 9" -- A kernel panic dump is

Nullsoft Vorbis Decoder v.1.11a Bug Report
Hi, there. While waiting for the encoder RC1, I will report some minor problems I experienced with Peter's Winamp decoder. First, I am using Nullsoft Vorbis Decoder v.1.11a with Winamp v.2.76 on Windows 98 SE. 1. When the buttons of Playlist Editor are extended, the part extended in playlist screen seems to be flickering when an Ogg file is being played. 2. I check the option of

Re: [Rocks-Discuss] Rocks or Virtual Cluster?
Thanks for the input. I wish I had a link to the article. It''s just not clear to me, yet, if they are saying that rocks can cluster up virtual servers such as xen or if rocks could be installed inside of multiple vm machines to create a redundant cluster. Either way, sounds interesting. I''ve played with GFS clusters using them for web services and have been using VMware but

Rock Ridge for core/fs/iso9660
Hi, i have now a retriever of Rock Ridge names from ISO directory records and their eventual Continuation Areas. Further i have a detector for SUSP and Rock Ridge signatures. Both have been tested in libisofs by comparing their results with the Rock Ridge info as perceived by the library. 50 ISO images tested. Some bugs repaired. Now they are in sync. (The macro case

Problems getting reading from UPS with nut 2.0.2
Problems getting reading from UPS with nut 2.0.2 Debian Sid I know that the server starts running and accepts incoming connections, it can verify the username and password but refutes that the UPS lives at localhost, what am I doing wrong ? I have read and reread both the official documentation and various guides around the net I am unsure where to go now. If the UPS itself is at fault (not

alternative to rocks cluster
Hi I am after a solution where i can easily kickstart many, read hundreds, of boxes in a short time frame. Perhaps the way i install software is to actually re-kix the box with a new software baseline - that type of idea. I have looked at rocks and it looks good but it seems a little rigid in that i need to be able to determine certain things like hostname etc as in our env hostname

gluster and rocks?
Is anyone using Gluster with the Rocks cluster system? If so, do you know if there is a Roll for Gluster? Or, do you have any advice about things to do and things to avoid doing? We're considering using Gluster with Infiniband on our cluster and trying to learn whether other people have done this so we can perhaps learn from their experience. Thanks. .. Standard genres for the "Genre" Field?
It might be a good idea to have a list of standard genres that are suggested for use in the Genre field, just so that (polished) encoders can give the user a list to pick from when encoding a song, instead of making the user come up with one their own. This might seem like an encoder issue at first, but if two different encoders use two different names for a specific genre it's going to

Mac Phusion Passenger Pane not working
I have a feeling that this is something centered around my apache/Passenger configurations but everything seems to check out. Another off the hand problem I''m having, and might be a clue is w/ my Passenger Pane. I installed the Phusion Passenger Pane and every time I try to add an entry, I get this error: "Your changes couldn’t be saved See the Console log for details."

Subsetting does not remove unwanted data in table
Dear all, This relatively routine analysis has left me frustrated and in a rut. I have a dataset (data1), which I subset in order to remove rows where HabitatDensity="Med". This dataset looks correct when I call it up, however, when I create a table out of the new subset (data2), my table continues to show the "Med" information as 0. This is a problem because I need a

Question on gluster interaction with Rocks
Hi All, We have a question on potential interactions between Gluster and Rocks. We were installing Rocks 5.4.3 and Gluster 3.2.5 on our cluster. When we initially installed Rocks it was correctly exporting an area (/export/apps) as /share/apps (an area used to serve some software to the compute nodes on the cluster). After we reset a number of configuration files to export the home areas and a

Wrong url's from ezstream/icecast
I run two streams from ezstream via Icecast2 - one over http and one over https. In the ezstream config file I have defined two servers (http and https) and the two streams point to the different servers (by their names). But, if I go to the following two url's, Icecast report same (http-) 'streaming url' for both: https://radio.horsens-garage.rocks:8443/

[LLVMdev] 3.5.1 Testing Phase Begins
Hi, 3.5.1-rc1 has been tagged, so it is time to begin testing. We can always use more testers, so if you would like to volunteer, let me know. For those that are new to testing, please review the documentation for how validate a new release: http://llvm.org/docs/ReleaseProcess.html Remember that when we check for regressions we want to compare the test results of 3.5.1-rc1 with 3.5.0-final.

Problems, virtual and alias, Dovecot, Neomutt, OpenSMTPD on OpenBSD
I'm having some problems. I'm using virtual users with real domains. That is working, but the folders are not showing up properly in neomutt, for both virtual users and system users. When I use K9 on Android, the folders show up correctly. Sending is working, but I don't have auth setup right on OpenSMTPD, so I'm sending locally, not remotely (including from K9, which can't
