Hi, I know .NET doesn't work under wine, but I just want to have a way to install it without running it - I's like to install Sony Vegas 8 (a video editor) under wine, and it tries to install dotnetfx3.exe but fails. Anyone knows how to make that work ? Thanks, Xav

Is there anyone on this list that can give an overview of what is happening with the printer driver in WINE ? As of version 9.24 I had functional printing with CUPS but in 9.25 and 9.26 I don't. I'm just wondering if I am not aware of some new steps that I need to do with each new release/compile cycle here. I'm using 2.6.18 kernel and compiling from source.

10/10/2007 After consulting with some local Linux consultants, we have concluded that Corel Draw does not print under WINE because it detects the printer as Postscript, converts the file to Postscript, and sends the file to CUPS, which then converts the file to Postscript, again, and sends it to the printer which prints garbage.
