refocus on text_field
I have this textfield that appears as a drop down section whithin a form when a link is clicked - so it is it''s own partial. The idea is that a value can be entered within that field and then added to a list, but I need the cursor to re-focus on that text field so lots and lots of values can be inputed without having to reclick on that field everytime. When the form is submitted I clear

Source games not letting me tab out.
Hi guys, Up until recently, I've been able to tab out of Source engine games (L4D2, TF2, and so forth) without a problem. It's never given me an issue before, so I can tab out and check for IMs and such. However, recently it won't let me do so. It may have been because I reinstalled Lucid Lynx Ubuntu, but now if anything brings the taskbar to the front, the game still runs but it

xiph.org irc channels moving
Everybody, We're shutting down irc.xiph.org, which has hosted our official development and support IRC channels for the past couple of years. The main channels (#vorbis, #icecast, #theora, #positron) have moved to irc.freenode.net; please go there with your support or development questions. We'd also like to take this opportunity to refocus the channels on development and support.

Re: [theora] xiph.org irc channels moving
I'd just like to throw my 2 cents in here. I can understand the need to drop a xiph irc server. However, I do take issue with moving to Freenode. The reason that we moved so long ago (as I understand it) is that an overwhelming flood of politics made real vorbis discussion uncomfortable. A few people took things personally and acted out, and pretty soon everybody was on edge. Just looking

SER/Asterisk interworking mailing list.
Greetings, As a developer and consultant who spends considerable time on projects involving the fusion of Asterisk and products derived from the SER ecosystem (OpenSER, Kamailio, OpenSIPS, the new SIP-Router), I have found that there is a great volume of interest in this topic on the mailing lists associated with all communities involved, but a comparative lack of focus that results in

Multiple swap partitions
I have a machine with two swap partitions (sda2 and sda8). Both will have none as mount point. When I try to use puppet (using mount type) for managing fstab I get problems because "name" in both instances (i.e. mount path) will be "none". How should I fix this within puppet? Regards Halvard Moe

Help needed - One question is about samba group policy and another is about samba and openchange install.
Hi all, I have some general question and I hope someone here can provide some insight. One question is about samba GPO and another is about samba and openchange install. I don't know if the second question can be answered here. I have also asked the same question on the openchange mailing list and some very helpful people there are busy replying with suggestions but so far the answer is still

CFT: FreeBSD Package Base
With CFT version you chose to build, and package individual components such as sendmail with a port option. That does entirely solve the problem of being able to reinstall sendmail after the fact without a rebuild of the userland (base) port but perhaps base flavors could solve that problem assuming flavors could extend beyond python.
