[MSG]TDM Error on ASUS Pundit-R
Hi I have looked around but I cant find an answer for this,
I randomly get the error 'TDM PCI Master abort' and the system locks up.
All I have found so far are a couple other posts on it but no solution.
Running fedora core 3, asterisk stable, zaptel stable.
Any help will be appreciated.

Screen blanks after initial setup (Centos 5)
...ter the installtion.
However: after pressing "Finish" in the Setup Agent the screen
blanked on me - Ctrl-Alt-F1, Ctrl-Alt-F2, Ctrl-Alt-backspace,
Ctrl-Alt-Del didn't help. Nada.
Did someone else have encountered this? Any recommendations?
Thanks in advance.

CentOS4 and SiS190 LAN chipset
I have an Asus Pundit AE3 setup as an Asterisk server (Asterisk at Home) and
the only quirk so far is that the onboard SiS190 LAN chipset is not detected
and so I have fitted a full height card for now, but as it's a small
barebones design this means I cannot fit the case cover. I have the option

[heads up] axing AppleTalk and IPX/SPX
Hello!
[Cc to stable@, for wider audience]
The plan is two axe two old networking protocols from FreeBSD head/,
meaning that FreeBSD 11.0-RELEASE, available in couple of years would
be shipped without them.
1) AppleTalk
Last time claimed to be supported by vendor in 2007[1]. In practice
had very little use since 90th.
Discontinued by major routing equipment vendors since 2009[2].

Specifically, his assertion that ISP's would sniff traffic and block, say,
the SIP port. You could play wack-a-mole with port numbers, no?
Also a community based, Freenet style of encryption implementation for
"free" VoIP traffic would address this issue.
I raise this to the list because I'm sure there's a grain of

And this one is going to the list.
