Hi, I am getting this message on the * console on my first pri span. Pri show span show it is down, and I can't make any calls from the span. ...on is running without issues since 5 months. Without having changed anything on the asterisk server for at least 2 months, i noticed "clicking sounds" at external calls over the PRI. I'm running an E400P. Every now and then Asterisk stops receiving incoming calls. I frequently get this error message, it repeats itself hundred/thousands of times and never stops. chan_sip.c:7467 sipsock_read: Failed to grab lock, trying again... During this period, I can make no SIP calls what-so-ever. The only way I've been able to stop it is to killall -9 asterisk. Doing a restart now doesn't respond. Anyone know why? -- Daniel Jimenez

I thought this problem with PRI and channels getting out of sync was fixed in the 1.2.x release of Asterisk.
