Interface bonding?
I'm try to bond a few interfaces together with the hopes of getting
increased throughput, and I'm using a cisco Catalyst 2900 as the switch.
I've tried using mode 0, 5, and 6 with nothing special on the switch,
and mode 4 with some ports "trunked" together (I have a feeling that the
"trunking" that the 2900 does is not 802.3ad, as it disabled the ports

SIP and firewalls?
Hi
We are currently using Asterisk 1.2.4 with IAX and app_meetme for
conferencing, but are looking to move to SIP because of issues with an IAX
control we're using.
The reason we moved from SIP to IAX in the first place was because of the
poor NAT traversal with SIP. At that stage we were using Asterisk 1.0.*. How
does Asterisk 1.2.4 handle NAT traversal and firewalls compared to the older

Hi there!
I'm a very confident wine user and totally pleasured except this issue:
When trying to install a program requiring more then one cd (in this
case Soldier of Fortune 2) the installer asks me to change the cd, but
as linux requires to unmount cds before they can be ejected and
unmounting is not possible even by -forcing it because of the program on

ANN: new rails site/RoR praise
Hi,
>From idea to launch in less than 48 hours (those 48 hours including
the new year party ;) , rails once again showed its effectiveness.
Last friday I read the news about a guy who sold a million pixels for
1$ each on his homepage. After slamming my head during half an hour
for not having thought of it [1], I thought I''d better spend some time
on a rails project, and more as a

Gallium driver and compatibility issues
Hi,
I use two nv34 cards and I would like to test / try out / use the
Gallium driver without drawbacks.
Unfortunately this has not been working since I decided to install /
compile nouveau drivers.
My system is Debian Squeeze, my kernel is 2.6.34-rc1.
The problem is:
Every time I load nouveau_dri.so into RAM existing applications are
broken / unusable (Example: gnome-games).

Raise Domain functional level to 2012_R2
Hello Andrew,
first let me say it was a pleasure to meet you in G?ttingen at the SambaXP.
The discussion about the "DNS" in the evening was very interesting.
So, i have asked this question a few weeks before, maybe a entry in the
samba wiki would help ;)
Regards from Germany

[LLVMdev] [cfe-dev] LLVM 3.6 Release
Hi Martin,
The key is available on the keys.gnupg.net key server. I'm also
attaching it to this email for convenience.
Would posting it on the release page really help? The user would still
need to trust the page to trust the key.
Thanks,
Hans
