Writing R documentation
Greetings,
I used latex type code in my Rd files.
The pdf version using
R CMD Rd2dvi --output=PKtools.pdf --pdf --title="PKtools" PKtools man
came out quite nice.
However, my current HTML version does not tex the latex so there is
latex code in the files and looks bad.
example problem code:
AIC$_c$

question about calling winbugs in R
Dear All:
Do you have any experience on calling winbugs in R enviorment? I uploaded R2winbgus, pktools, BRugs, ect. in order to call winbugs. In the end, I try to use bugs(). The error message still displays that bugs() can not find.
Do you have any similar issue? If so, could you give your advice?
Many Thanks!

AUC steady state calculations
Hi,
a collegue has send me an excel sheet with some plasma values, and now he wants to know the AUC steady state.
I took a look at the CRAN taskviews, and came up with PK, PKtools, ...
The AUC calculation, no problem with that, but how do I calculate the steady state?
One way of thinking was with the aid of multiple t-test, to find where we couldn't find difference between the different measuring points, and take this as steady state, but I'm not sure that this is t...

I can see a case for and against allowing this when considering it
purely at the feature level as users/admins see things.

PKPD modelling in R
Dear all,
I have two questions:
1. Does anyone know if nlmeODE package will work once odesolve is discontinued? If i understand well nlmeODE depends on odesolve.
2. Can anyone suggest another package I could use to fit complex PKPD models (described using differential equations) to data?
Thanks a lot!

indexing model names for AICc table
hi folks,
I'm trying to build a table that contains information about a series of
General Linear Models in order to calculate Akaike weights and other
measures to compare all models in the series.
i have an issue with indexing models and extracting the information
(loglikehood, AIC's, etc.) that I need to compile them into the table.
Below is some sample code that illustrates my
