Issue with two domains in one LDAP tree

In domain2's smb.conf, I have:

[LLVMdev] [Oink-devel] Elsa and LLVM
Wow! Cool!
Hey, if you sign my contributor agreement, we can consider making your
Elsa/LLVM compiler an Oink tool. Scott's intention is for Elsa to be
basically "done": that is, aside from bug fixes, it shouldn't have
more features. Oink is basically a bucket into which to throw tools
like this one that use Elsa as a front-end.

I would really like to avoid shipping multiple preprocessors as part
of the standard elsa/oink project.

Ok, this indicates that you are developing your compiler in the elsa
directory. As I have said before, this is not going to work as Scott
wants elsa to be "done". Oink was invented as a bucket to put elsa
tools into and that is the best place for it. I suppose you might
convince Scott otherwise but I doubt it and for now I am the
maintainer.

Problems with the IdealX scripts
Not sure if this is where I should ask about this, but if I try to run any of
the smbldap-* scripts, I get the following kind of output:

I feel like this must be from a typo somewhere but I'm at a loss. I have

Scott McPeak is rather familiar with the internals of gcc and edg and
says elsa is far simpler.

I then did smbpasswd -w (insert cn=Manager password for LDAP)
smbd and nmbd started up just fine. Here is when I run into problems:

Same result if I use 'localhost' or reference it by IP. If you can tell me
what I have missed it would be greatly appreciated. I have been following
the HOWTO step-by-step and I'm not sure what I missed.

[LLVMdev] Inline semantics.
Ellsif compiles and runs bzip2. During testing I noticed that if I set
the optimization level to O2 or greater, I'd get an unresolved symbol at
link time.
It turns out that a function is declared in a header file and is used by
two separate source files. In one of the source files, the function is
defined with __inline__.
If I do function inlining during compilation (i.e. bitcode

Trusted domain problem (maybe networking)
Hello,
I have spent the afternoon learning how to configure my routers to allow
directed-broadcast with an access list, so that I can allow two different
domains on different subnets to trust each other. Now I can do a broadcast
ping from either subnet to the other, and I can also do smbclient -L
<remote_pdc> and get the shares, from one side. From the other side I
cannot. Let me

[LLVMdev] LLVM for static code analysis
Hi,
Apart from the Calysto project (
http://www.cs.ubc.ca/~babic/index_calysto.htm), is there any other static
code analysis tool based of the LLVM framework ?
Calysto may be great but it seems that the source is not available (yet?).
I was quite excited by Oink/Elsa few years ago but the project is almost
dead even if the C++ parser is far from being complete.
It seems to me that everything is ready in LLVM to build
industrial-strength static analysis tools. Clang is of course a big step
towards real-time parsing and IDE integration but the quality of...
