Siemens is a large, corporate manufacturing firm. Frauenheim believes that it is driven by a desire to offshore internally. Of course, I believe that we will only see this behaviour in organisations that have outsourced. The leaders have never and very possibly will never "get" outsourcing. I''ve had easily 100 replies (mostly craigslist), here''s my breakdown: 80 offshore sweatshops, who would be delighted to butcher my site with table based, flash ridden "eye catching" designs 5 front page/dreamweaver users who would be equally delighted to charge me for pressing a few buttons 5 developers who dont even mention design, xhtml or css in their email but w...

POTS, Cell phone, other Voip, etc.) we find about 30% of the time that there is a small delay (about 1/2 a second) between us talking and the caller hearing it, which makes it sound like the caller is talking to an offshore company located in South Asia. I have read numerous posts, discussions, etc. about this sort of thing and it seems that it has something to do with our Firewall, QoS, etc. and I'm entertaining moving the entire Asterisk server outside of our Firewall, and connecting the SIP phones to it on...
