Getting netmeeting to work with Asterisk

However I am unsure what this really means and how to configure the

New files and directories
Hello,
I have an annoying little issue. I am currently running Samba 2.2.5-10
as a Primary Domain Controller and have a number of shared drives with a
variety of differing users and user rights all over the place.
In my smb.conf file, I have the following share:
[emergpo]
path = /share/purchasing/emergpo
force directory mode = 0770
create mode = 0770

I consider this issue as unimportant. Not sure how I can mark it this
way in the security tracker.

Is there any easy way to edit the gnome menu under CentOS 4?
The same versions of gnome under different distros allow easy (to
different degrees) of menu editing.

Postfix 2.6.5 in CentOSplus?
Hi folks,
according to several findings on the web I tried to find postfix-2.6.5
in centosplus adding this to my /etc/yum.repos.d/CentOS-Base.repo:
[base]
exclude=postfix
[centosplus]
includepkgs=postfix
in the right places.
But when I "yum remove" and "yum install" postfix then, it's "only"
2.3.3-2.1 with added mysql/pqsql support.

Synchronizing passwords
...We are running
version 1.9 on HP-UX 10.20. Windows 95/98 users are
not being prompted to enter their UNIX password when
they log into the network...however, NT/2000 users are
being prompted every time they log in. What do I need
to configure to keep this from happenning?
Thanks,
Kevin

confession
Gang,
I've got to admit, what really sold me on debian was apt-get. And
I've been resisting getting up to speed with yum. So, can any of ya
point me to a good starter page, maybe one with migrators like me in
mind? Many thanks.

Bug#712661: xen-utils-common: xl start HVM domU instead of PV if disk placed on file
Package: xen-utils-common
Version: 4.1.4-3+deb7u1
Severity: normal
Dear Maintainer,
i changed toolkit to xl, after that i observe that my domU started as HVM domains.
I found same problem here: http://mail-index.netbsd.org/port-xen/2012/04/11/msg007216.html
When i manualy setup loop devices and specify it as disks in my VM conf file, domU started as PV.

How to manage partitions and logical volumes with puppet?
Hi,
As someone new to puppet I''m trying to work out the best way to manage
different filesystems and logical volumes on different servers. Specifically
I would like to be able to define on a series of nodes different LVM logical
volumes to create and mount.
I''m trying to do this at the moment with a define of the following type:

Postfix and PostgreSQL
Hello all, I require Postfix to have PostgreSQL support. Unfortunatly
the RPM (nor the SRPM or it's SPEC file) that ships with CentOS doesn't
include this.
The SRPM (and it's associated SPEC file) that are made by Simon Mudd (
http://postfix.wl0.org/en/ ) do have PostgreSQL support, so I have
downloaded that, tweaked the SPEC file and rebuilt an RPM that has
PostgreSQL support.
However, I would like to get the RPM that ships with CentOS to include
this also, I know I have to contact the upstream vendors Postfix rp...

postfix with tls?
hi all,
i tried to install postgrey for postfix and had to update postfix to version
2.1.
i added the following to /etc/yum.conf
[postfix-2.1-rhel3]
name=Postfix Mail Server for RedHat Enterprise Linux 3.0 - $basearch
baseurl=http://ftp.WL0.org/yum/postfix/2.1/rhel3/
after the update i have problems because the new version of postfix doesn?t
support SASL.
is there an postfix-tls rpm for CentOS 3?
