Icecast dev - May 2007 - Playlist manager/scheduler

I'm writing a playlist manager/scheduler for Icecast for Google's Summer
of
Code, mentored by Conrad Parker. I'm calling it Icebreaker. Here is a wiki

What kind of playlist format are we talking about?  Xiph has its own
called XSPF, which is what I hope your project will focus on.

Also, some advice: if you actually start the project, please don't
leave it half unfinished.  Go all the way to make something worthwhile
and mature.  Okay?
