1.0.2b7 misrenders nested divs with attributes
Howdy, Joey Hess reported that Markdown 1.0.2b7 does not render the following correctly: <div class="inlinepage"> <div class="toggleableend"> foo </div> </div> It renders it as follows: <div class="inlinepage"> <div class="toggleableend"> foo </div> <p></div></p> The problem is that it uses a

"Funny" index buffer transfers (was: Bug 64323] New: Severe misrendering in Left 4 Dead 2)
Hello Christoph, I was looking at bug 64323[1] over the weekend as to why this case works under nvc0+ hardware and does not under nv50. Here are some of the things I've noticed: * nvc0 uses immediate(s) for VERTEX_BEGIN_GL/VERTEX_END_GL * nvc0 is more consistent for doing pushbuffer space checks * nvc0 uses dirty tracking in set_index_buffer() * nvc0 uses "VERTEX_DATA push mode"

Text sometimes missing on NV18 based laptop
Hi, On my NV18 based laptop I experience artifacts related to text (however, 2D performance is really great these days): - With grayscale AA text is sometimes missing, often visible on the XFCE desktop - With subpixel (rgb) AA, even non-text related occur (icons are misrendered, ...) I've reported the issues here: https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=81283 With noaccel it works

[PATCH] drm/nouveau: Acknowledge DMA_VTX_PROTECTION PGRAPH interrupts
Currently Nouveau is unable to dismiss DMA_VTX_PROTECTION errors, which results in an infinite loop in the interrupt handler. These errors are caused both by bugs in the Gallium driver and by user-specified index buffers with out of bounds indices. By mmio-tracing the nVidia drivers, I found out how this is done. On DMA_VTX_PROTECTION, The nVidia driver reads the register 0x402000, always

Synchronization mostly missing?
It seems that Noveau is assuming that once the FIFO pointer is past a command, that command has finished executing, and all the buffers it used are no longer needed. However, this seems to be false at least on G71. In particular, the card may not have even finished reading the input vertex buffers when the pushbuffer "fence" triggers. While Mesa does not reuse the buffer object itself,
