NetBios problem with Samba 2.x
I'm in a bit of a pickle, and I need some help.
I'm forced to disable netbios on any machine that leaves the company because of how MS Exchange works over a VPN.
I have Samba 2.x on two Compaq Tru64 5.x machines, each with one (public) share.
With netbios enabled, the client machines can access the share with no issues. With netbios disabled, I get something like "No network

CentOS in 4..3..2..1" I receive a black screen and not the logo of CentOS
with loading progress. Is it normal? There are some know issue about it?
Best regards,

Your opinion about RHCSA certification
Hello to all,
I'm currently studying (and collecting notes here
https://github.com/fdicarlo/RHCSA_cs) for RHCSA. My plan is to RHCSA
-> RHCE and then RHCSS.
What I want to ask you is:
- What do you think about it?
- Did you find it useful?
- Do you have any advices?
Best regards,
Fabrizio

range(predicted.values)
Thank you in advance for any hints.

Information disclosure?
Hello,
For some reason, I thought little about the "clear" command today..
Let's say a privileged user (root) logs on, edit a sensitive file (e.g,
a file containing a password, running vipw, etc) .. then runs clear and
logout. Then anyone can press the scroll-lock command, scroll back up
and read the sensitive information.. Isn't "clear" ment to clear the

use AT320 international call
Hi all,
The firmware I used is pa168s_iax2_us_151011.bin.
My problem is the handset dial before I finished key in all
the numbers, no matter how fast I managed to press the keys.
It appeared it always dialed immediately, for example "011862",
when I actually ment to dial 0118620xxxxxxxx. Thus left the
remaining numbers "0xxxxxxxx" unsent.
The handset had its dial plan

for "Ogg" at the start of each file. Ie change it so it looked for "Dog" or
something. Why you ask? because in theory Im not ment to have any music
files on my work computer NFI why but just cant. If I could mask an ogg file
to look like another file then I could beat the system. Assuming that they

RADVD and default IPv6 gateway
the man page for RADVD says:
radvd is the router advertisement daemon for IPv6. It listens to
router
solicitations and sends router advertisements as described in
"Neighbor
Discovery for IP Version 6 (IPv6)" (RFC 2461). With these
advertise-
ments hosts can automatically configure their addresses and some
other
parameters. They also can choose a default router based on these

Strange behavior of atan2
Dear all,
I've got a problem with the function atan2. For a couple of coordinates
x and y,
This function returns the angle between the vector of coordinates (x, y)
and the
abscissa axis, i.e. it is the same as atan(y/x) (as indicated on the
help page).
If we consider the vector with coordinates x = 0 and y = 0, we have
the following result:
> atan(0/0)
[1] NaN
This is expected.
