Annoying delay after main server goes down
Hello, we have distributed lots of cisco spa303 IP phones and get them work with Asterisk. I have configured proxy and alternate proxy and enabled "dual registration" features in provisioning files(xml files). All phones are able to subscribe to both of servers. Call Pickup how to display CND of incoming number
Is it possible to display the incoming calling number on a handset when trying to pick up a call from another handset? I currently have Call Pickup working using *8, I have also used the PickUp application successfully but I'm not sure how to use these features so the handsets show the incoming calling number and not the number that you have dialled to pick up the call. Logging SIP connection status for review
Is anyone using something to log SIP results (connected/not, latency) that they really like? We do some logging using simple scripts writing the results of sip show peers to a text file if customers report issues, but it would be nice to have a tool that logs all the time and lets us do some better reporting. Hi All, Sorry if this has been covered already, but I don't tend to follow this list as close as I should these days. Problem is that if a call comes in to a queue without option 'r' specified - moh plays as expected. Now, when that call is answered, all is fine. Trouble comes when that person then puts the caller on-hold. No moh is heard by the caller (in fact, they get silence).
