foo <- function(x) {

In R
foo(lamp)

The fix which works in both is

CentOS 6.4, LAMP, MariaDB
Hi,
I am trying to install a LAMP stack using MariaDB on CentOS 6.4, 64
bit. I have installed MariaDB by using the MariaDB repository
configuraton tool. I installed php by itself. Both MariaDB and php
individually test fine.
I know that php-mysql has to be installed to complete the LAMP stack
installation. From lots of goo...

[Atcom] Asterisk + LAMP on 128MB RAM?
...9;s IP02
solid-state unit with one FXO and one FXS ports:
http://atcom.cn/En_products_IP02.htm
By default, this unit based on a 400MHz Blackfin 532 chip only has
64MB RAM and 256MB of NAND flash. Those can be increased to 128MB and
1GB, respectively.
Do you think I can install Linux + Asterisk + LAMP (replacing MySQL
with Firebird, to avoid license costs) on the default specs, or will
it be a bit short?
Thank you.

upgrade/update if install from source? it seems so much easy to

Message lamp integration with legacy pbx during conversion
...wever. Accordingly, I'd like to be able to have * dial 1000X where X is the box that has a new voicemail message and 1001X when the user of mb X deletes the new message(s). The dialing should occur within the default context. In each case, our legacy gear will turn on/off the message waiting lamp.
For example, if I currently dial 1000400 on my * SIP phone, the MW lamp on legacy X 400 is flipped on by the PBX. If I dial 1001400 on my * SIP phone, the MW lamp on legacy X 400 is flipped off.
Does this dialing capability already exist? I would think that in any case where * would be co-impl...

updating a Centos 6 lamp stack
Hello,
I've got a new centos 6 system it's i386 and I'm wanting to update
it's lamp stack, specifically httpd, php, and mysql. Also, if postfix
as an MTA would be available that's a plus.
I've checked out the centos wiki and it looks like I have two choices
for third party repos for this task. I have enabled rpmforge as of
now. The two repos I'm seeing are Les RPM de...

How do I do this?
...rverC - connected via IAX2.
On serverA, I have a "telemarketer hold" extension which, if I transfer a
caller into it, loops around playing music & "please wait" messages, until
they give up & hang up the phone.
Also on serverA, I have a custom devstate, which lights a lamp on a phone
connected to serverA, which tells me if someone is currently held in that
loop. When they hang up, the devstate is re-set & the lamp goes out.
On serverC, I have a similar devstate, and a couple of extensions - one to
turn the lamp on & one to turn it off.
What happens is this:...

SNOM Subscribe/Notify
I'm using a SNOM 360 with Ver 4.3 software.
Asterisk is.... Asterisk CVS-D2005.05.02.22.00.00-05/04/05 (BRI Stuff +
Head)
I've used the wiki info to set up some lines to monitor some internal
extensions.
When the extension is rung - the lamp comes on, when the call is
answered, the lamp goes off..
I was expecting something a little more exciting - like the lamp to
flash when the extension was ringing and for the lamp to go on when the
extension was busy - either incoming or outgoing calls. Am I missing
something here???

Busy Lamp Fields
Hi all
A quick question about busy lamps
I have lamps working 'sort-of' on my GXP2000 lamps flash with ringing and
go solid red when call gets answered but stay green when a call is made from
the extension.
Setup is Ext 200, 201, 202, each monitor the other two
when 200 calls 202 - the BLF on 200 and 201 flash red - when 202...

NetBIOS name resolution from Linux
Hi all,
I set up a Samba server (version 3.0.24) names "Lamp" on a Debian Etch
distribution. It provides a "guest" (guest ok = yes, guest only = yes,
security = SHARE) access to a "share" directory, which works fine.
Indeed, I can access \\lamp\share from a Windows machine (named
"Ginger") without issuing a password.

What / how many images should we build. At this time we were thinking of
doing :

- CentOS-6 32bit minimal
- CentOS-5 64bit minimal

What would be the minimal functional requirements people would expect

login be enabled or should we require people to go in via a 'centos'
user. Should the image be self-updating, or should we have a...

On the Comdial system, message waiting is turned on by dialing

It is turned off by dialing #3 and the station number.
I was wanting to have Asterisk (or Comedian mail) set the

I understand that this has something to do with a file that is
placed in /var/spool/asterisk/outgoing, but I have no idea about

Busy Lamp Field SIP Phone

Lamps on Snom phones
Hello
Happy New Year to all!!
I've just completed porting from Asterisk 1.2 to 1.4. I did this by
doing a clean install on a new box, and moving over configuration and
scripts where needed. All went surprisingly well!
Anyway, one lingering issue is that the function key "lamps" on our Snom
phones have all stopped working! We're using a mix of Snom 290/320/360
phones and we used to have them setup so you could see if certain
extensions were ringing or engaged. Since moving to 1.4, all of them
have stopped working. The Snoms themselves are configured in exactl...
