How to calculate the derivatives at each data point?
Hi everyone, I have a vector with atmospheric measurements (x-axis) that is obtained/calculated at different altitudes (y-axis). The altitude is uniformly distributed every 7 meters. For example my dataframe is: df <- dataframe( *altitude* = c(1005, 1012, 1019, 1026, 1033, 1040, 1047, 1054, 1061, 1068), *atm_values* = c(1.41, 1.40, 1.39, 1.38, 1.37, 1.37, 1.38, 1.36, 1.33, 1.31)

Microsoft Live Search SOAP Requests using R
...I need is RCurl and SSOAP. I have installed them but now, as it's evident after long hours of trying, I have absolutely no idea how to use them. Is there anyone willing to give me in detail instructions on how to form a proper search request and then process the results? Btrfs: blocked for more than 120 seconds, made worse by 3.2 rc7
Hello all: I have two machines with btrfs, that give me the "blocked for more than 120 seconds" message. After that I cannot write anything to disk, i am unable to unmount the btrfs filesystem and i can only reboot with sysrq-trigger. It always happens when i write many files with rsync over network. When i used 3.2rc6 it happened randomly on both machines after 50-500gb of writes.

The keystrokes are bind to the ttys virtual consoles. Is there anyway to rebind the keystrokes to the application? I tried the following solution (xorg.conf edit) but my PC freezes during boot process. I had to rollback the xorg.conf changes
