How to make an initrd for xen
Hi How do I make an initrd for xen. I''m trying to boot rhel3 in fc4, and it keeps getting stuck at Freeing unused kernel memory. I''ve created the device files, but it still doesn''t boot up. I''m pretty sure that the solution lies in makeing an initrd file. Currently my xenU kernel is 2.6.11-1.1369_FC4xen0. Can someone please tell me how to do this? Many

ztdummy on Fedora Core 2
I followed the Wiki instructions to get zaptel to work on Fedora core 2. It looked like everything went perfect including the loading of ztdummy. However, I am having meetme and MOH problems synonymous with ztdummy not loading. Take a look at my lsmod...Any ideas? Win2000 SP4 + Vmware 3.5: unable to brownse shares on Samba fileserver
Hello! I have a Windows 2000 SP4 (polish version) machine on VMware 3.5 and a Samba 3.0.28a fileserver on linux box (kerenl 2.6.24.2). Both are members of Active Directory. Re: TAR 4182518.999: OCFS problems encoutered during support Intel project
...will hang at 37% when we issue DBCA to create database. We found it hangs when it begin to create redo log files. Also need to ask OCFS team for help. I tried two version of OCFS for IA64. They are 1.0.13-11 and 1.0.11-1. Of course, we could exclude the possible reason of mismatch between linux kerenl and that needed by OCFS driver. (We first used RHEL3 Update4, kernel version is 2.4.21-20 while OCFS driver want 2.4.21-4. Then I reinstalled OS with Update 1, kernel version is 2.4.21-20, we found OCFS driver need 2.4.21- 4.102 something like that). I think maybe that is too strict for OCFS driv...

DTMF tone crashes server (Asterisk 1.4.18 with Digium TE120P)
Hi, I've been playing with a TE120P on Asterisk 1.4.18 with zaptel 1.4.9 and I've ran into an issue. After a call placed any DTMF tone causes the server to lock up entirely. Calls placed work just fine (except for a problem with echo cancellation). The phone registered to the server is a Linksys SPA-942. I am seeing in zttool some IRQ misses, but it never seems to go above 74 (below).
