run with incorrect E1/T1 jumper settings
Hi,
I have installed an TE110P but forgot to change the jumper
settings to E1. I don't have easy physical access to ther server
at the moment so I wonder if it will be possible to run it without changing
the jumper settings with a configuration like below or will it be
impossible
to use the card at all before I fix the jumper? I can't try it myself yet
since the operator isn't ready

Use modprobe to find E1/T1 jumper setting on PRI card
Does anyone know if I could use modprobe command to find out rather than
set the jumper on a Digium PRI card?
I want to find out the jumper settings on the card without opening the
box which will cause down time.
Thanks.

OT Problem seeing slave drives.
This isn't specifically about cent os, but I am running cent os on
this machine. I've got a Dell Dimension 2400 desktop pc. I've tried on a
number of occasions to put a second hard drive in the machine, but I
can't get the machine to recognize the second drive in BIOS. I'm going
to try and keep this short and sweet. I've tried all that I know to try.

Force SATA1 on AOC-SAT2-MV8
I have a supermicro AOC-SAT2-MV8 and am having some issues getting drives to work. From what I can tell, my cables are to long to use with SATA2. I got some drives to work by jumpering them down to sata1, but other drives I can''t jumper without opening the case and voiding the drive warranty. Does anyone know if there is a system setting to drop it back to SATA1? I use zfs on a raid2 if makes a difference. This is on release of OpenSolaris 74.

Jumpers and DIP switches on Atcom AX-4S and AX-1E
Hello all !
Does anyone have a document describing jumpers, DIP switches, and connectors
on Atcom's AX-4S (HFC-4S based 4xBRI) and AX-1E (HFC-1E based 1xPRI) cards
? Got the cards without any documents, there is nothing on a subject on
Atcom's site, and so far no one from their support is replying to my emails.
Thanks very much.
Cheers,
Nenad

Problem selecting E1 on TE405P
I am trying to install a TE405P which is to be connected to E1 trunks.
I have set the jumpers to E1 (closed), but modprobe wct4xxp still fails
with the message: ZT_CHANCONFIG failed for channel 97 - which obviously
means the card is still in T1 mode. I have tried everything I can think
of, any ideas?
TIA

Problems with TE410P and E1 line --> Unable to open D-channel 24 (No such device or address)
Hi everybody
I've just installed a new Redhat 8.0 and configured it with Asterisk, zaptel and libpri.
Afterwards I installed a TE410P and configured this as well. But when starting Asterisk I get the following error message:

I am unable to make quadbri board to work in NT mode, in TE mode it works
OK. I have set 5 jumpers to NT mode. Dmesg shows everything OK:

qozap: S/T ports: 4 [ TE TE TE NT ]
qozap: 1 multiBRI card(s) in this box, 4 BRI ports total.
from Asterisk side seems to be ok.

configuring TE410P for four E1 PRI lines
hi,
I'm trying to configure my newly acquired TE410P card to work as 4
E1 spans. This is
supposed to be a drop-in replacement to the earlier E100P card. However,
on loading the
zaptel module it gets configured as T1 spans basically doing a 'cat' on
/proc/zaptel/1 thru 4,
it shows 24 channels per span. After this ztcfg fails saying
'ZT_CHANCONFIG failed for channel 97'.

MCP55 SATA data corruption in FreeBSD 7
I am having problems with silent data corruption on (some) drives
connected to an MCP55 SATA controller.
I have two servers, both running RELENG_7_0/amd64. One has the 570 Ultra
chipset, the other has 570 SLI. Both chipsets have the MCP55 SATA
controller.
The server with 570 Ultra chipset has a bunch of older 250GB SATA-150
drives hooked up to the MCP55 controller and it is working just fine.

Junghanns, Germany ISDN settings
Hi all,
I've got a Junghanns QuadBRI card which I'm going to install on a system in
Germany
Anyone give me some tips on the Jumper settings? I'm guessing it's going to
be NT mode with p2p? I haven't used ISDN before.
I'm going to also put a Digium TDM400P card in there to plug the analog
phones into.
I'm just worried about the jumpers and modes.

I'm trying to install CentOS 5.4 on a machine with a LSI SAS 1068E

drivers for RHEL5 for it.. and tried a few of them.. Some will load,
some complain that this isn't the correct version.. non of them work
when it comes to showing Hard Drivers in the partition manager. The
machine is a Supermicro SYS-6015V-M3

TE410P startup
Hi,
I put a TE410P card in a machine (a Tyan 2665 with 2x2.4GHz Xeons). A
red flashing light circles around the 4 RJ48C sockets. I load the
wct4xxp driver, and the flashing light stops. Whether I connect an E1
signal or not, no lights are shown, and no alarms are reports in the
/proc/zaptel/XXX files. What is supposed to happen? I expected all the
ports to show a continuous red LED until I

Hi
I'm trying to get a Digium TE110P card working but as soon
as I load the module with
modprobe wcte11xp
the sound stops working for incoming calls (SIP and IAX).
I haven't even started to configure the card.
Running ztcfg and restarting asterisk doesn't help. After unloading with
rmmod wcte11xp
the sound comes back for new calls
I'm using asterisk 1.2.4, libpri 1.2.2 and

some EICON Diva 4BRI questions
Hi!
I have some (short) question about the Eicon DIVA (V-)4BRI cards I want
to have (short) answered before buying the DIVA card. I know there are
several Eicon guys active on the list, thus I ask on the list instead of
directly to Eicon so that all other will benefit as well.
1. Do Eicon DIVA (V-)4BRI cards support TE and NT mode?
2. Can the clock (master/slave) be configured independent

I think it's a necessary limitation. The idea is that
