Improvement of SignRank functions
...was no change to dsignrank, psignrank, ...
I've tried to make as little changes as possible.
So, to compile with new functions only src/nmath/signrank.c
needs to be changed with the one given in attachment.
I hope it really is an improvement.
With respect,

smbtorture config issue?
Hello,
I'm trying to run smbtorture against another system. I have installed
version 4.0.0alpha9 locally. The remote system is registered with ADS
as:
distinguishedName: CN=bl-uits-cictest,CN=Computers,DC=ads,DC=iu,DC=edu

dNSHostName: bl-uits-cictest.ads.iu.edu
servicePrincipalName: HOST/bl-uits-cictest.ads.iu.edu
servicePrincipalName: HOST/BL-UITS-CICTEST
The server itself is cictest.cic.iu.edu, and I can connect to the
remote server with smbclient as such:

zeros to NA's - faster
Hello,
Is there a faster way to do this? Basically, I'd like to NA all values in
all_data if there are no 1's in the same column of the other matrix, iu.
Put another way, I want to replace values in the all_data columns if values
in the same column in iu are all 0. This is pretty slow for me, but works:
all_data = matrix(c(1:9),3,3)
colnames(all_data) = c('a','b','c')
> all_data

Badness in local_bh_enable at kernel/softirq.c:140
I''m getting subj trying to run linux-iscsi-4.0.2 on domain0.
I tried xen-2.0.6, xen-2-test and xen-3-devel. The same results.
I found similar complaints regarding this problem like below:
http://www.ussg.iu.edu/hypermail/linux/kernel/0503.1/1622.html
http://www.ussg.iu.edu/hypermail/linux/kernel/0503.1/1621.html
Not sure if it is xen or linux-iscsi related bug.
Any ideas how to cure it will be very appreciated.

stats::line() does not produce correct Tukey line when n mod 6 is 2 or 3
Seriously, if a method gives a wrong result, it's wrong. line() does NOT
implement the algorithm of Tukey, even not after the patch. We're not
discussing Excel here, are we?
The method of Tukey is rather clear, and it is NOT using the default
quantile definition from the quantile function. Actually, it doesn't even
use quantiles to define the groups. It just says that the groups

Samba 4.0.8 on RHEL 6.2 how to grant permissions via Windows to unix users/groups?
...that to the server running Samba. However, I cannot select any groups using this option --none are returned and I get "An object named "blah" cannot be found?" even though the group is returned with getent group.
I am wondering if there is a problem between the username at ADS.IU.EDU returned from getent vs. the unix username that appear in the Windows permission, but I don't know how to resolve that. Any ideas?
Additional info below, let me know if something else is useful.
Thanks,
Kristy
