OCFS Performance on a Hitachi SAN
I've been reading this group for a while and I've noticed a variety of comments regarding running OCFS on top of path-management packages such as EMC's Powerpath, and it brought to mind a problem I've been having.
I'm currently testing a six-node cluster connected to a Hitachi 9570V SAN storage array, using OCFS 1.0.12. I have six LUNs presented to the hosts using HDLM,

Cross Loop
Hi, I'm fairly new to Linux and I have a question. I downloaded Wine primarily so I could still use Cross Loop (http://www.crossloop.com/) It's a remote access program that's really easy to use, so it doesn't confuse my relatives who live to far a way for me to actually go to them and help. I'm not exactly the best with computers, but I usually know enough to keep my system

Error running Guild Wars with .9.3
Hello all,
I gave this a stab a few months ago but gave up and
just set up a dual boot. I'm running low on disk
space now and tired of messing with the muliple
partitions, so I'm giving it another go to get Guild
Wars running in Linux.
I'm runing Wine 0.9.3 on Kubuntu 6.06 (Dapper Drake).
I'm able to go through the instillation without issue,
but when it actually tries to

problem with rJAVA
I have installed rJava into my Windows 10 (64-bit) R instillation using the Tools > Install Packages command of my RStudion IDE. When I issued the R command in my R code
library(rJava) I received the following error:

[LLVMdev] [Cygwin] onsistant error building LLVM
I have done another test and it seems to be my cygwin development
environment :(
I cannot seem to reproduce my previous Cygwin environment on which we got
LLVM and the frontend tested.
Oh well I'll try again. It just seem such a long development cycle to test.
When I am ment to be testing my instillation instructions !
Try, try again...

[LLVMdev] [Cygwin] onsistant error building LLVM
Also, this error:
/usr/src/llvm/lib/Target/X86/X86ISelPattern.cpp:73: undefined reference
to `X86CompilationCallback2'
doesn't make sense. X86CompilationCallback2 is not visible outside of
X86JITInfo.cpp, and line 73 of X86ISelPattern.cpp is in the middle of a
comment block.

[LLVMdev] [Cygwin] onsistant error building LLVM
Perhaps Aaron has some local edits, possibly with a cut and paste error?

Hmmm, I was able to build llvm/tools-only.... As for "make configure" -
that didn't help.

How do I run windows version of virtual boy advance on mac?
I'd very much appreciate a step-by-step guide of some sort from instillation to end, from someone who's installed the windows version on their mac themselves, in the easiest, simplest, noob friendly way possible. I'm not going to lie at this point I'm an highly fucking annoyed. I've tried almost everything bootcamp, crossover, wine, etc....and nothing fucking works. I've

MeetMe questions
I'm looking into deploying * for an internal conference call server (using
MeetMe) and had a couple of quick questions for those of you who have used
it. I checked the Wiki but there weren't a lot of details for MeetMe.
- Can you limit the size of a conference "room", ie max 8 people, etc.
- Is there a list somewhere (besides the source ;) that has all the commands

[LLVMdev] Cygwin llvm-gcc build error
Now I believe that I am getting the same error as I was getting last time I
tried to build llvm-gcc.
It may possibly be my Cygwin instillation but am not sure.

Spec''ing via features
As I work with Rails TestUnit tests I am reconsidering how to use
cucumber features. It seems to me that it might be best to have a
coherent view of how to arrange my test suites before I get much further
into this. Now, so far I have considered three possibilities:
1. Use features exclusively. Create a feature file for each model, one
for each controller and possibly an additional one for
