Tukey HSD Test als Post Hoc Test nach einem GLM inkl. Anova

How to generate a list of lists recursively (for bayesm)
Dear all, I need to generate a list of lists as required by the bayesm-package. This means in my application that I have to generate a list which consists of 2000 elements, which are lists themselves: list(list(y1,X1),...,list(y2000,X2000)). The y are vectors and the X are matrices of different dimensions. I tried to solve this problem iteratively by the following code, but received an error

So I tried to do this: %r8 = load <2 x double>* %r6, align 16, !"nontemporal" and the assembler doesn't like it.

monitoring classes
Greetings all, I''ve been searching high and low for any inkling of how people are monitoring classes for long term usage data. I''m thinking something along a script to collect the data for mrtg or perhaps even an snmp module that would present them as interfaces to be polled....has anyone done any work in this area? Sound reasonable? Well, that's a rat's nest. I backed up and thought maybe I have the metadata syntax wrong. So

dns cache rbl lists?
No idea where else to ask this and get a real qualified answer but here. Not exactly pure centos question....but... I am adding blacklists to my postfix smtpd settings. I have the inkling that after the first lookup for a domain or ip that my dns caches the result and I no longer bother the RBL or RHSBL list owners anymore in that instance. Is that correct? I hate to waste their resources if

RWeka
Hi, I downloaded RWeka successfully. (At least I do not see, where I could have made a mistake.) Then I tried to load it by the library-command. To my surprise this did not work. Result: library(RWeka) Fehler in .jinit(c(system.file("jar", "weka.jar", package = "RWeka"), system.file("jar", : Cannot create Java Virtual Machine Fehler: .onLoad in

password aging in Samba 3
...d? The documentation never really comes out and says it. I'm not setting up roaming profiles so I'm assuming I won't need it. The next question is about password aging. I have a client that would like to have the user have to reset their password after 60 days. I've seen some inklings online of being able to do with pdbedit, but the documentation seems non-existent at best on how to do this. Maybe this is also doable with a policy setup. I haven't actually tried that one yet so if that works just let me know and I'll dig into that. Thanks in advance.

[LLVMdev] Irreducibility and the -simplifycfg flag
Hi everyone, I'm currently trying to run a study on irreducibility of C programs, and I've implemented structural analysis (original paper by Sharir, algorithm in Muchnick's book) as an LLVM pass. When my implementation becomes a bit less buggy I'll certainly look into including it in the LLVM project. As a test for the algorithm I've been producing LLVM bitcode for C files

IFB0 throughput 3-4% lower than expected
I have two boxes for the purpose of testing traffic control and my knowledge thereof (which is at the inkling stage). The boxes are connected by 100Mbit ethernet cards via a switch. For egress traffic via eth0 I achieve a throughput that is close to the specified CEILing, particularly for values above 1mbit. Ingress traffic does not seem so well behaved. Above about 1mbit rates achieved are

Would calling 3.am or 1130.pm be a useful way of getting a Time object?
Would "am" and "pm" be convenient and useful methods that Rails should stick on top of the Numeric class? So instead of calling Time.parse("23:30") to get a Time object at 11:30 PM, you could do 1130.pm instead. Just trying to get an opinion before I create a patch, unit tests, etc and try and convince someone to notice :) Here are the methods if anyone wants to

Standard input and R
Dear all, I am trying to wrap a *nix shell script around R for a particular purpose, for which I need to get R to execute predetermined commands but retain interactivity and allow user input during their execution. A straight redirection of standard input is therefore not appropriate, and I don't think "littler" is the solution because I don't want to write an

Engines & Rails 1.1.6
An excerpt from the recently-unearthed diary of Doctor Hans Zarkov: "There''s no sun! It''s 8:24 in the morning, and there''s no sun! There is a patch in the Engines release branch now (Changeset #415: http://dev.rails-engines.org/repository/changesets/415), which should work with Rails 1.1.6, and hopefully all Rails 1.1.x versions. Do you want to live forever?

Two ftp clients? Why?
I had a problem wherein running a script with an embedded ftp call would work in the login shell during integration testing and then fail with an unrecognized option error in cron during acceptance testing. In solving this I discovered that RedHat, and therefore CentOS, ships with at least two ftp clients, /usr/bin/ftp ( which I thought I was using ) and /usr/kerberos/bin/ftp, which I actually

Contexts are not being created - Asterisk BT100 Password Issue
Hello, I think I might have an inkling as to where the issue may be at. For some reason when I create a new context, a directory is not created in /var/spool/asterisk/voicemail. The default context resides there but new ones are not created. Has anyone ever experienced this or does anyone have any idea as to how I would solve this? Hope someone can shed light on this, Many thanks, Aisling.

caller id problem
I'm having a weird problem with CallerIDs and I can't tell if it is a problem with Asterisk, the telco, or the VOIP provider I'm using. Basically, I am using Asterisk as a proxy for my cell phone. People call in and the call gets forwarded to my personal number. The feature on my phone allows for unlimited phone calls from one number, any time, for $7/month, so I'm saving a

Sound not working properly on Xen Dom0, but works on native
Hi, I''m doing some testing on Ubuntu 12.04 Alpha. All sounds comes out as static on the Dom0 system. (I can PCI passthrough the audio card to a DomU and that works). Native sound works fine.
