A difference between allocated and available memory in Xen virtual guest
Hello,
I have allocated 4 GB memory for a guest instance on the Xen hypervisor.
But within the instance there is only 2 GB memory available. See the details,
the guest is named pr-idm:

Migrating to IdM
I have just started looking through the RHEL6 IdM guide, and while the documentation seems quite thorough and extensive, the examples are somewhat on the weak side. Migration scenarios can be much more complex - e.g. migrating away from NIS while at the same time moving to LDAP or AD for user account management. Is anyone aware of any tutorials or...

Questions Integrating a Samba DC with an existing FreeIPA/RH IDM domain
...am seeking some
advice on how to correctly approach setting up a Samba domain to
integrate with our FreeIPA domain so that users maintain the same
authentication information and gain the added advantage of having
access to shares in Samba.
We have a remote DC where RHEL7.3 and Centos 7.3 FreeIPA/ IDM servers
manage the DNS, user accounts, sudo, user directories and roles.
(FreeIPA/RHEL IDM because two masters are RHEL 7.3 and the others,
CentOS 7.3 servers, with an NFS server service home directories.
OpenVPN is integrated with IPA through PAM so users' operate with some

So the users would have the same password. I don't have time to wait for our
IDM to change the passwords one by one.

virsh rights voor normal users
...nsole of the
system vms in different kvm hosts.
Oddly enough, in the same cockpit web interface I can use a terminal, and
if I run virsh list --all I get an empty listing.
So using cockpit I can manage the system vms, but I cannot use virsh.
This is in a rhel 7.8 system. The host is joined to an Idm realm, and this
realm has a trust to an AD forest. The users are AD users mapped to an
external Idm group.
Any ideas as to what we do wrong?
Thanks!

centos IDM + sogo
Hello,
We are testing the Centos LDAP Directory Server but are running into issues
with applications (SOGo) authenticating against the LDAP system. The crux
of my question is, can I just treat the Centos Directory Server as a generic
OpenLDAP configuration on the client side?
In more detail when I try to add account via ldapadd:

Project home page is:

Now, AjpRails is slower and much more unstable than dispatcher.fcgi or
SCGI Rails Runner. But these weak points will be improved gradually.
Thanks.
