Flash, Rails, and Routes

Win/IE. I''m wondering if it has to do with some directory/security
sandbox bug in IE''s handling of Flash, coupled with Rail''s routing.
Below are some examples. Keep in mind that the .swf file is in the
/public directory. The data is coming from the ''get_vars'' action in the
''view'' controller.
The following Actionscript works in Firefox, Opera, the new IE beta,
etc:

Early shutdowns and 2.6.5-1 package for Windows
...1. NOTIFYCMD parameter is not specified
NUT doesn't start UPSSCHED tool (as I remember, Linux version do it by
default).
2. PIPEFN parameter is invalid (its value is a file in non-existed
directory)
UPSMON logs an error:

New intermediate Windows binaries release - 2.6.5-3

This fixes a regression about stopping the NUT service.

AGI Variable problem
...which gives me another variablke and put this in *.
My problem is now it seems the var ID is empty coz i always jump into
the result 0 loop.
The $MSN should be in the SetCIDNum.
