a question about the command "followup.plot" of epicale package
Hi all:
I have a question about the command "followup.plot" of epicale package.
As to the demo data "Orthodont", the command "followup.plot" works well.But if I delete some rows of data(delete Male data,and keep Female data only, for instance),the command can't work,and the warning is "In attr(get(search()[2]), "names") ==

Followup to "pxe weirdness" in syslinux archives
I'm running across the same weirdness mentioned in the "pxe weirdness"
thread in the archives:
http://syslinux.zytor.com/archives/2003-July/002229.html
I couldn't find any followups to the issue. Was it a misconfiguration
error? My setup is similar to James': I'm attempting to do a PXE install
using DHCP sent via dhcrelay. I get the right IP, netmask, etc. but get
two gateway IPs in the order of dhcrelay_ip default_gateway_ip.

RGui maximized (followup)
Just a quick followup to the query I posted yesterday. The default screen
layout for the Windows version of R (1.5.1 currently) is MDI, which has the
RGUI itself maximized over the entire screen, while the R console is in a
smaller window inside the RGui. I asked whether there was some way at
startup to change the amount of screen real-estate occupied by the RGui
itself since this can be

Fast Busy Followup
So I might have a bit of a more narrow question from my earlier one.
Previous, I had been wondering what would cause a phone dialing into a
DID that connects to the asterisk box to get a fast busy.
I've noticed the following message:
chan_zap.c: Ring requested on unconfigured channel 0/1 span 2
Any idea what would give me this error? And would this cause a fast busy?
Thanks again everyone

Sangoma A102 w/ EC module gets intermittent echo/audio artifacts <--followup and resolution
Followup on this issue, it appears that using a single PRI's clock as the
master clock avoids clock drift between the PRI's and we get no more
artifacts. So, :
wanpipe1.conf:
TE_CLOCK = NORMAL
TE_REF_CLOCK = 0
wanpipe2.conf:
TE_CLOCK = MASTER
TE_REF_CLOCK = 1
zaptel.conf:
span=1,1,0,esf,b8zs
span=2,0,0,esf,b8zs

Samba 2.2.8, Solaris 2.5.1, NIS+ FOLLOWUP REDUX
We have the following fix that appears to work:
In the source/nsswitch/wb_client.c file modify the winbind_initgroups
function with the following change:
change the call initgroups(user,gid) to setgroups(1,&gid)
Any comments or perhaps a better fix?

dovecot-stable: NIL from in envelope request
Using the latest dovecot-stable (20050213) with pine, I get an empty
"from" header in my e-mails. This doesn't happen with 1.0.59-test, nor did it
happen with the first dovecot-stable (20050131). A partial connection log is
below:

DIAX Followup
Anyway, in my P.S. yesterday (the main post was on Codec problems), I
described a situation where any IAX softphone was registering
successfully, and then having zero sounds heard on either side of the
call. Here is an "iax2 debug" output from a DIAX call to a local *
server, dialing the extension that goes directly to the "demo"
application.

followup to request for centos C/W
just to follow on my earlier post, i have pointers to a couple
commercial C/W manuals for RHEL administration, but both of them use
an entire chapter discussing virtualization using Xen. i'm under the
impression that RH is firmly in the KVM camp (at least for now), and
that learning Xen on red hat/centos wouldn't be as useful as learning
KVM.
thoughts?

Astricon followup
For the benefit of those outside of the USA or those unable to make it
to Astricon; I wanted to send out this email.
For those of you who attended Astricon in Dallas last week what was the
one thing that you saw that made the trip worthwhile?
(if we post enough information or comments it will be of benefit for
those that didn't attend)
For me personally it was the volume of

[LLVMdev] Profiling in LLVM Patch Followup 2
Hi,
this is the second in a series of patches to cleanup and improve the
LLVM Profiling Infrastructure. It depends on the previous patch from
http://lists.cs.uiuc.edu/pipermail/llvmdev/2009-July/023569.html
The ProfileInfoLoaderPass was only dealing with edge profiling
information, this patch adds support for block and function profiling
information.

[LLVMdev] Profiling in LLVM Patch Followup 1
Hi,
here's a patch for a minor issue I stumbled upon today, which may
prevent some profiling info files from being loaded (on win32 -- I
doubt that other systems are affected).

Followup to previous E-mail..
Using the "hidups" driver produces better results, however, I'm not sure
if these "unhandled events" errors are good or bad.. I would suspect
bad...
Any direction would be appreciated..
Thanks,
Richard.
