Asterisk 1.8 Multiple Parking Lots
...re not working, which worked pretty ok on asterisk 1.6. Are there any major changes in asterisk 1.8 related to park call and multiple parking lots. Bellow is my config from asterisk 1.6 which worked, I`ve tried this in 1.8 and it?s not working.

Multiple parking lots use default park positions
...ello, all. I'm having a deeply frustrating time getting multiple
parking lots to work and am wondering what I am doing wrong. I am using
Asterisk 1.6.1.1. I defined two separate parking lots in features.conf
as follows:
[parkinglot_a100] ; SSI
context => a100-parking
parkpos => 900-920
findslot => next
[parkinglot_a10] ; EBC
context => a10-parking
parkpos => 800-820
findslot => next
I then set the parkinglot parameters in sip.conf as follows:
[general]
context=incoming
tos_audio=0xb0
tos_sip=0xb0
disallow=all
allow=ulaw
allow=alaw
allow=speex
allow=gsm

Dynamic Call parking

I have the following in features.conf :
[parkinglot_test]

I read that [parkinglot_test] will be used as a template to create the
dynamic call park. So all necessary parameters are given inside the
dialplan (PARKINGDYNAMIC, PARKINGEXTEN, PARKINGDYNEXTEN, PARKINGDYNPOS,
PARKINGDYNCONTEXT).
So why does Asterisk always uses the default ? I c...

Multi-tenant parking broken in 1.6.1.1?
...s, the callback to the original
callee fails because a | delimiter is used in the Dial()
function.
Perhaps we have configured it incorrectly. Here is the pertinent
section from features.conf:
[parkinglot_a10] ; EBC

parkpos => 101-110
;parkext => 100
findslot => next
[parkinglot_a100] ; SSI
context => a100parking
;parkext => 1000
parkpos => 1001-1020
findslot => next
If I understand this correctly, the parkinglog_a100 would be the channel
variable and a100parking the context into which parking extensions are
placed.
We set the channel...

features.conf *1 Call Recording
Hi all.
I am attempting to setup Asterisk to allow me to press *1 while in a
call to use automon to record the call but have had absolutely no
success. Is there a trick to this?
In extensions.conf
[globals]
DYNAMIC_FEATURES=>automon
[default]
exten => 123,2,Dial(SIP/3000,,wW) ; wW allow one-touch recording
During the call, I press *1 but it records nothing.
