[PATCH] minios: Fix xenbus_rm() calls in frontend drivers
From: Ben Cressey <bcressey@amazon.com>
The commit "minios: refactor xenbus state machine" caused "/state" to
be appended to the local value of nodename. Previously the nodename
variable pointed to dev->nodename.
The xenbus_rm() calls were not updated to reflect this change, and
refer to paths that do not exist.
For example, shutdown_blkfront() for vbd 2049 would

[v2v PATCH] build: add --with-extra configure parameter
Borrow this feature from libguestfs, so it is possible to "watermark"
the virt-v2v executable with a extra string to the version string.

Why are all repos < 5.6 listed?
Greetings all.
I just enabled all repos on my system, to enable me to find
a particular package. This is the first time I have noticed
all the Centos repos < 5.6 being listed.
Is this a new feature, to include all repos pre 5.6 now?
Here's the output of the aforementioned yum command - sorry
it's a little bit long:
[root at karsites ~]# yum --enablerepo '*' --disablerepo

Strangely enough, this does not happen on amd64. Maybe it is some sort of race condition? Did anybody see this

Building R from source
Hello,
I was trying to build R from source on Windows XP. I installed software which are mentioned from the follow web page http://www.murdoch-sutherland.com/Rtools/ (Last accessed on Nov. 13th, 2006) . Unfortunately, I got error messages whenever I run 'make all recommended' without modifying 'MkRules' file. I have removed software and reinstalled them several times but I still

[lldb-dev] [3.7 Release] RC3 has been tagged, let's wrap this up
The problem seems to be caused by the way the symlinks are setup in test-release.sh, e.g. like so:
llvm.src/tools/clang -> ../../cfe.src
cfe.src/tools/extra -> ../../clang-tools-extra.src
When it then tries to access the path llvm.src/tools/clang/tools/extra/clang-apply-replacements/lib/Tooling/../../../../../include, it fails. I tried this on both FreeBSD, OSX and Linux, but it fails

Inconsistency in paired t.test() interface?
Hi all,
In the next release of R (4.4) the option to obtain a paired t.test with
the formula interface for "long" data has been removed:
t.test(x ~ group, paired = TRUE) # now results in an error.
Exploring how one might obtain a paired t.test, there seems to be some
inconsistency between the formula and default interfaces as well as within
the formula interface.

Error compiling R.2.8.1 with gcc 4.4 on Mac OS 10.5.6
Hi all,
I've encountered a build error with the latest R source (2.8.1). This is a
relatively fresh install of OS Leopard (10.5.6), latest developer tools
installed, gcc/g++/gfortran version 4.4 installed (via
http://hpc.sourceforge.net/, after which I updated the gcc & g++ symlinks to
link to the 4.4 versions; gfortran used the 4.4 version without updating the
symlink).
Ultimately I

Cross-compilation of R and ld bug ?
Hello list,
I would like to cross-compile R packages using R 2.4.0. I am working on
Linux Debian and cross-compiled (windows binaries) without problems with
older R version.
I have used the doc of Yan and Rossini in the contributed section of the
R documentation (same version of MinGW...).
When I try to cross-compile R (make R), the procedure stopped and returns :
