log to cdr each dialpan action, not only one record for each call
...data but all the dialpan actions! I know that the actual CDR system store one record for each call (and for billing purposes this can be correct) but in some cases the approach needed is something similar to the queue_log. I know that exists ResetCDR and ForkCDR but they don't do what i need, expecially because they fill-in lastdata and lastapp with "ResetCDR" So, what can i do? Is it better to do some customization to generate a CDR event on each dialplan step or is better to parse the logfile and extract the information needed? I'm using Asterisk 1.4.23.1 TIA -- /************...

MatLab SimBiology
Is there any R package that implements the same capability of MatLab toolbox called SimBiology ? We are expecially interested in protein-protein interactions and network analysis. As far as I know SimBiology implements a system of ODEs reflecting the kinetic chemical reactions. We would be more interested in stochastic simulations. Thank you in advance. [PATCH] Support for ASEM UPS on Linux/i2c
As said in previous mail, I just finished a first working version of a driver for the UPS found on ASEM PB1300 device (http://www.asem.it/prodotti/industrial-automation/box-pcs/performance/pb1300/) Linux only, accessed through i2c/SMBUS. If you can spare some time, please review. Call inband progress indication and zaphfc
Hello all, I've a little clue with zaphfc used to connect to a BRI linethat probably can be a configuration issue.... (really I hope so) Here, telcos (expecially mobile operators) use to substitute the dialtone with some vocal indication without answer the line. (Indications like "The customer is not reachable" or "wait because the customer is on the phone" ecc..) For asterisk this condition is a normal dial tone and the message from...

voipbuster advise
...e to send faxes using voipbuster connex? 2) Is it possible to cut off or cover the voice that say the charge per minute?(I've payed the '5' euro, and from that moment I've got it!). Of course I understand that is to let me know how much I'm going to spend, but I do not like it, expecially when I'm with clients. Any links, suggestions? Thanks -- .:FaberK:.

...persistent, every time the user logs off, W2000 reasks for the password. It seems the the couple username/password used to access the workstation is not passed to the samba server when it try to connect for the first time after log on. I know this is not a real problem but it is quite annoying, expecially if workstions own to management people..... Any sugestion? regards Davide Dozza

Expecially my autotools skills are ehm... a bit rusty. Hi Giuseppe, I am not an autoconf expert, so I will admit that my first inclination was to try and build it on a number of different boxes, and see what breaks. I don?t see any red flags at the moment. However, the patch file seems malformed - I got er...

Adding robustness to Speex on wireless networks.
...these fields for each frame i send, then if i detect an error on the receiver side, i would replace the bad frame header with the last good frame header received. I remember this was supposed to work (a guess), i'll try it out on the CSD channel then. I hope this will slightly rise the quality expecially in bad signal conditions when i've more than 5% of frame loss. Is this approach better than just passing NULL for each frame lost? I could add interleaving too but i would double the "packet build latency" so i'm not convinced, latency is crucial for me. I would appreciate any ot...

long startup times for large file systems
Howdy, Rsync has been churning away for 45 mins, presumably bulding an in-core list of files to be copied to the destination. This is a very very large filesystem we are copying locally - approximately 4.2million files (WebCT). The resident process size for rsync has grown to 72Mb. - is this normal behaviour for a file system this size, and does rsync have the ability to handle such a large
