Hi having trouble saving dates in my form i have the following in the view <%= date_select("details", "open_date") %> and i have @exhibition.open_date = params[:details][:open_date] and then @exhibition.save All the other values form (not seen here) get saved but not the dates. Dear all I am working on a Java class which calls R functions. To do that, I use JRI. Everything works fine up to now. The only problem I have is the following: when I call the command plot(….) from java, a blank "R Graphics" window appears and if I click on it the program does not answer any more.
