multivariate ordered probit regression---use standard bivariate normal distribution?
Hello.
I have yet to receive a response to my previous post, so I may have
done a poor job asking the question. So, here is the general question:
how can I run a run a multivariate (more than one non-independent,
response variables) ordered probit regression model? I've had success
doing this in the univariate case using the vglm() function in the
VGAM package. For example:

confusion over RSAref vul w/OpenSS[HL]
Howdy,
  The string  of notices on  BugTraq about  RSAref being vulnerable to
  overflows  has me concerned.  After  trying  to sort through all the
  messages, I  can't figure out  whether I need   to update OpenSSL (a
  check of their website indicates no  new patches), OpenSSH, both, or
  neither.  I am aware there is no known exploit for it yet.

Trying to Get EMBIRD32 Working Under Wine
Okay, I've learned this much so far:
Others have made this happen, but details are weak or missing
Installer method won't work.  It wants to register some stuff during setup, and there is no Registxry under Linux.
Some have copied the installed version from Windows to Linux or Ubuntu.  Now that works.
Details are again skinpy or left out, and that leaves me stuck for the moment.
