I am trying to put together a list of 'departments' to request as voice prompts. I have the biggies (sales, accounting, shipping, etc...) but I want to make sure I do not miss any. Here is the setup: POTS -> PRI -> Asterisk -> ATA (Fax) The ATA is set to only 711. Asterisk's sip.conf sets this device to only 711. Yet, faxing works less than 50% of the time. I cannot possibly be the only person with this problem. I can't even get app_rxfax to work. It answers but rxfax drops the call 5 seconds into it. If anyone out there has near 100% success with

G'Day All, How do I fix this: I receive a call at the extension. Press the hold button. Music on hold starts. When I place the handset back on the cradle, the call gets hung up/disconnected. The Phone is A GrandStream Budge Tone 100. Thanks
