E400P
-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Hi, I'm attempting to hook up the E400P card to a Siemens ISDN module. I have no knowledge of these Siemens products, so I'm acting on what I've been told about it. The Siemens side is configured to "ISDN30: ECMA QSIG". The Siemens manual states the card provides 30 ISDN B-channels which can be used for trunking or networking. Some guy at Siemens told me that my end probably would have to be acting as a slave because of the clock, what ever that means. How should Iconfigure my E400P wildcard accor...

QSIG support in Asterisk
I am looking to get the info about QSIG support in Asterisk. Does Asterisk have QSIG support? Does Asterisk support QSIG SIP Tunneling or QSIG SIP Interworking? If so, How to configure that? Allowed code pages and encodings to write f0.txt through f1.txt?
Hi there. Slackware's installer, that I am internationalizing, makes use of ISOLINUX. I want to give instructions to users in other languages than US English, e.g. which code to type to see installation messages in their native language. So my question are: (1) Which character encodings can be used in message.txt and f1.txt through f1O.txt? (2) Is UTF-8 allowed? (3) I'm guessing that

PRI and QSIG
Hi all, I'm planning on connecting our Asterisk to our legacy PBX (an Avaya INDeX). I was originally going to sit it between our ISDN connection and the INDeX (tried it, worked ok) but now I intend to hang it off a spare PRI card just so should the * fail we keep our ISDN's at the INDeX, yes I've looked at ISDNguard but little info from the manufacturers. Anyhow, I'm now

...ou all aware of GSoC 2008 program is now on [2]. I would like to participate in this on a project on LLVM. The reason why I selected LLVM is I am really interested in compiler theory. I took the one semester course on compiler theory and developed a lexical analyzer in C for a subset of Javascript (ECMA script) language. Code is available here[3] if any body interested to have a look. I have a pair knowledge in compilation process. Now I am browsing through LLVM and it's TODO list[4] to familiar with LLVM. Please guide me on doing a GSoC project for LLVM in this year. Thank you very much! (My...

Scripting SVG with R
Since now many browsers support (ECMA/Java-)scripted SVG, I am wondering whether there are already any examples of inserting R code into SVG documents (or a Javascript canvas?) either directly, or perhaps more likely through a JavaScript layer, to dynamically generate graphics or make them interactive? I am aware of the excellent...

RFC: alloca -- specify address space for allocation
...ment>] [, addrspace <num>] ; yields type addrspace(num)*:result Motivation Managed language clients typically use address space 1 to represent GC-pointers. Some managed clients (CLR, in particular) allow construction of GC pointers to stack locations. For example, MSIL instruction ldloca (ECMA 335, p 370) creates a GC pointer to a stack local. Creating an addrespace(1)* pointer to a stack location currently involves two steps: the alloca, and an addrspacecast. Managed code transformations (ex: RewriteStatepointsForGC) do not handle arbitrary address space casting. So, it is desirable to...

Looking for testers and advise about ISOLINUX within ISO 9660
...ge isolinux dir=/boot/isolinux xorriso is comprised of the following components: - libisofs under responsibility of Vreixo Formoso, - libburn, libisoburn, xorriso under responsibility of me, Thomas Schmitt. Neither Vreixo nor i have experience with creating live CDs or DVDs. Vreixo knows about ECMA-119 (aka ISO 9660) and El Torito. I know about MMC (for driving burners) and about the xorriso application. So if the ISOLINUX community is interested in having a custom-tailored ISO 9660 and MMC burn program, here is the chance to exert influence. xorriso's -boot_image class "isolinux&qu...

I agree with Reid, what CBackend should be used as an example. CLI has many simular parts with LLVM IR. AFAIK, the following things should be done: 1. Jruby + Rhino = Javascript support?
Hey Aaron, I''m just thinking out loud here, but have you considered the possibility of using the Rhino [1] library to implement javascript support in mechanize? It''d create a jruby dependency for that feature, but still. Just thought I''d bring it up while I was thinking about it. -Mat [1] http://www.mozilla.org/rhino/

Prototype lib : for-each loops and DontEnum
...a custom object are things that it''s interested in. The addition of the "extend" variable breaks things. We use Struts and it''s validator framework falls into this trap. - Solution Well, it''s hacky but we skip members called "extend". Reading the ECMAScript spec and various things on the web (see links) I can see that the language spec sets it''s own internal variables (e.g. length ) with a property called DontEnum which excludes them from a for-each. Unfortunately, there doesn''t seem to be an api to set this yourself :( - Link...

...o any of the platforms that LLVM supports. The bytecode format even retains which libraries it still needs to link against so you should be able to turn the bytecode into an executable fairly readily. > And I'd like to try, to let the thing to > create CLI binaries > <http://www.ecma-international.org/publications/standards/Ecma-335.htm>. Sounds interesting. How much like Microsoft CLR is it? You could probably create a backend for CLI quite readily. See the "C" Backend that turns LLVM IR into C99 code. You can see it here: http://llvm.org/cvsweb/cvsweb.cgi/llvm/l...
