I try to run an ebook viewer, which requires IE
Hello! I would like to launch this EXE file (http://downloads.marketingtips.com/lead-ebooks/FoolproofSuccessStrategies.exe). This is an ebook viewer application, it does not require install, but it requires Internet Explorer 4 or higher. I don't know, should I install Internet Explorer first, or does Wine contants the requires libraries? Does it make any difference if I would install...

Last week I bought a couple books, not ebooks. I considered buying the ebook, but don't want to need a special device/appliance to read it. samba doesn't map to guest account
...6 hours non-stop trying to solve this issue I decided to contact the list! I actually just want to mount an samba share as guest via "mount -t cifs ...", but I alway get a "mount error 13 = Permission denied". I tried the following (and many else) mount -t cifs //172.16.0.3/ebooks /mnt/ebooks -o guest mount -t cifs //172.16.0.3/ebooks /mnt/ebooks -o user=someuser,password=somepass (both also with the sec options none,ntlm,ntlmi,ntlmv2,ntlmv2i or smbfs instead of cifs) and always got "mount error 13 = Permission denied". I just wanted samba to map me to the guest...

Hi Timo I have a strange question. I bought the Dovecot Book off Amazon. I can easily prove it with a picture and/or my receipt off Amazon. I still have it o my library but I don?t like to travel around with it. Is there a way for me to get a PDF copy? I just checked Amazon and there is still no PDF version available there.
