Calculating with tolerances (error propagation)
Hello Bernardo,
---------
If I understood your problem this script solve your problem:
q<-0.15 + c(-.1,0,.1)
h<-10 + c(-.1,0,.1)
5*q*h
[1] 2.475 7.500 12.625
---------
OK, this solves the simple example.
But what if the example is not that simple. E.g.
P = 5 * q/h
Here, to get the maximum tolerances for P, we need to divide the maximum
value for q by the minimum value for h, and

New package versions for distr- and robast- families
------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------
New versions 2.3 of our distr-family of packages are now
available on CRAN.
(i.e.; startupmsg, SweaveListingUtils,
distr, distrEx, distrDoc, distrEllipse,
distrMod, distrSim, distrTEst, distrTeach)
Most importantly, we have included:
+ a quasi-MC trick by Nataliya Horbenko to better produce
image distributions under complicated, not necessarily
monotone transformations
+ enhanced function qqplot

release 2.4 of distr-family of packages on CRAN
New versions 2.4 of our distr-family of packages are submitted to
CRAN and will soon be available on all mirrors
(i.e.; startupmsg, SweaveListingUtils, distr, distrEx, distrDoc,
distrEllipse, distrMod, distrSim, distrTEst, distrTeach)
In addition, there is a new package distrRmetrics with distr support
for (some) distributions provided in the Rmetrics family of packages.
For more details see the corresponding NEWS files in the pkgs, e.g.

...e Yves' name. That package is, I think, exclusively data
sets. I added functions, which I later spun off into a separate Edfun
package; I'm listed as the Author and Maintainer of that.
Another example that may help you: The "distr" package has several
companion packages: distrDoc, distrEx, distrSim, distrTEst, distrTeach,
distrMod, and distrEllipse. I haven't checked, but each package could
have a separate and different list of authors.
Hope this helps.

Documenting S4 Methods
I'm in the process of converting some S3 methods to S4 methods.
I have this function :
setGeneric("enrichmentCalc", function(rs, organism, seqLen, ...){standardGeneric("enrichmentCalc")})
setMethod("enrichmentCalc", c("GenomeDataList", "BSgenome"), function(rs, organism, seqLen, ...) {
... ... ...
})
