If I kill the first process, the second process seems to take control of the port. It looks like Biostrings function "writeFASTA" overwrites the output file at each run. It seems it does not support the "append" parameter. I have to generate one big file gathering a miRNA identifier and relative sequence followd by a variable number of dara records pertaining such a miRNA target genes transcription. Hi all, I've just install samba2.0.7 on server Tru64. We have one printer HP5Si and others HP4 on the network. Using Samba from our Win95 customer we can print correctly to HP4 but to our HP5si we have the file wanted and one blank page and one page indicated "@PJL RDYMSG DISPLAY=" " ".
