So I call my reseller/dealer and he is having the most difficult time getting this $8.00 product, CON-SNT-CP7960, for me. It is just not worth the time and effort for him. Thanks everyone for your feedback, especially Mark. I now have the ALL the files I need. My order still stands for the $8.00 product from CISCO but the CP7960 dealer sent me all the files. Now I will move on to completeing the setup of the TFTP server. This was in May - after a quick search of their website, I don't see that part listed today but I think I had trouble finding it on the website even back in May.
