quota support on AIX
...nt? OS:AIX4.3.3 SAMBA:2.2.5 configure option:--with-quotas First, I configured AIX's quota environment, and confirmed quota worked fine. And I accessed to SAMBA, but disk size displayed on Windows explorer did not match with quota size. Imformed disk size is filesystem size of SAMBA server. I comfirmed this step on Redhat6.2, but informed disk size was just quota size. I wonder SAMBA quota function does not support AIX. Is that true? Thanks Tsutomu Miyashita

access domain via ldap failed
So bath samba 4.7.6 and 4.8.0 hava this problem. Can it be comfirmed to be a bug? If so, it seems to be an important issue that should be resolved as an important function of a DC. Up to now I only have samba 4.5.x that work normal. But 4.5.x won't have new version any more. While I want to keep my samba to be the newest security version. Hope this problem get...

[LLVMdev] vmkit build problems
Hi, Just to comfirm that I have just clean built the current LLVM and VMKIT revisions and it failed too. The problem seems to be the same one (about escape analysis in LLVM). My configuration is Ubuntu 10.04 and GCC 4.4.3 on x86. Locking a device to a codec
Can someone comfirm my logic here? If I want a phone to use G729.... I can set it to use G729... do I also need to set it in Asterisk? I'm thinking no... as long as asterisk WILL do G729... if that's all the device accepts it should go to that codec, yes?

CentOS 8 virt-manager
I am thinking about building a new host and trying to decide if virt-manager is working on CentOS 8. I thought I saw previously on the mail list that there were some issues but cannot find the thread right now. If anyone has migrated some workloads from 7 and seen any issues let me know. Thanks :)

And, I comfirmed this README. (http://oss.oracle.com/projects/ocfs/dist/files/README) This readme says "Running a mix of nodes with 1.0.9 or earlier and 1.0.14 is NOT recommended." But, as for the downgrading from 1.0.14-1 to 1.0.9-12, there is no description in this document. Expert, Is there a probl...

quesion about SS of ANOVA
Hi all: I have a quesion about ANOVA: Is SS(Sum of Square) of a specific factor constant with the number of factors changing? dat1 includes one factor g1,and g1's SS is called SS_g1_dat1. dat2 includes two factors g1,g2,and g1's SS is called SS_g1_dat2. My quesion is: Is SS_g1_dat1 equals to SS_g1_dat2? I have both "yes" and "no" reasons for the quesion, but

Ajax CSRF in Rails3
I''m using rails3. It does not seem to check the authenticity_token when doing a POST using Ajax. I traced this to: module ActionDispatch class Request < Rack::Request ..... def forgery_whitelisted? get? || xhr? || content_mime_type.nil? || ! content_mime_type.verify_request? end end so you don''t check if its a get? or a xhr? (ie ajax request). Is this correct? --
