[LLVMdev] std::cout << *MyModule does not work anymore
...derstand how that can be. We have made *many dramatic API
changes* in those releases, surely this isn't the only problem you
have hit. Are you using the C++ APIs? We try to keep the C apis as
stable as possible, is it possible to use those?
Just to be clear, I'm not trying to be a butthead about this :). I
just see that API stability in almost a binary way: you either try to
keep it or not. If not, I don't think that trying to paper over small
changes like this is worth it.

I already said that: To make it easier for out-of-tree frontends to
support at least the last few LLVM versions. If that's a low priority
then don't. I can live with it.
Please understand that I don't complain about API breakage

Mmm... I agree in general, but I think it's worth considering that

[LLVMdev] ConstantExpr lowering pass for code generators
...//mail.cs.uiuc.edu/pipermail/llvmdev/2004-June/001252.html
I'm happy to say that Vladimir Prus contributed a constant expression
lowering pass for instruction selectors to use. This pass makes
instruction selection both easier and less error prone.
Thanks Vladimir, and sorry for being such a butthead about it earlier on
the list. :)

Asterisk hardphone
I've got Asterisk up and running nicely using a couple of different softphones. Audio quality is suffering a bit due to the hardware that I am working with. So I tried to use a Polycom hardphone but the politics is enough to give you a headache. Polycom seems to support SIP only if you buy it thought their vendors. So I'm looking at a Cisco phone. Has anyone successfully implemented

Novell
Hi,
I like to know if anyone has ever gotten samba to work on Sun Solaris on a
Novell Network.
I don't have an issue with installation on Sun Solaris that works fine.
But I've never put Samba
on a Novell Network Before. Please describe any steps or issue with this.
