Win2000 SP4 + Vmware 3.5: unable to brownse shares on Samba fileserver
...Both machines see each other (I'm able to ping each other by domain names), in logs I can see that user gets authenticated properly, from windows machine side I can list all shares, but I'm unable to open any (the above message shows up). All other Windows hosts on the network are able to brownse the samba fileserver without any problem and on the other hand the Win2000 virtual machine can access shares on other machines on the network. VPN and SAMBA
Hello! I've got a problem with DNS,VPN and SAMBA. I do have 3 Linux servers on distinct subnets. (192.168.1.1 ,192.168.2.1 and 192.168.3.1). I have done a VPN between the 3 subnets and I could do a ping from 192.168.1.1 to the others without problems. Each sever has 2 network cards. One of them is connected to ADSL.

All [homes] shares
This question has relation with the one about seeing the other [homes] shares: How can I publish ALL the homes accounts? What I would like is to connect to the server with my password and to be able to brownse all the accounts where I have read access.
